No breakfast
Poor communication with Booking.com. We were not told how to get the key for our apartment. Also there is a charge for days stayed and mo info on how to pay for the 3 days there. I am receiving many emails and requested help but no one has contacted me on how to pay the 12 euro

Great location and the old stone is charming; fresh handmade pasta rolled opposite and in the surrounding streets sold at the door; nice restaurants just around the corner.
I couldn't operate the air conditioning/heating - being in an old historic stone building without heating in springtime made it feel a little damp/musty. Taxis/cars can't enter these streets.

We are pretty easy travellers, so this was perfect for us. This is perfect for a weekend trip, but it can be quite noisy at night due to live music at a nearby bar. Keep that in mind if you're a light or early sleeper.

The house is located in the center so you can go to different attractions and shopping venue by foot. The owner made a great effort to assist us.
The owner didn't speak well English so some of her messages can be quite confusing but this is understandable. She sent us messages via Booking about the information of the room but it was all in Italian so we did struggle to translate it, especially when we had a lot of luggage to carry. It would be better if she translate it, with Google translate for example, to make the procedure more convenient and tourist/foreigner-friendly. We expect to have the breakfast in the room, however, it wasn't the case. There was only 2 bottles of water with a coffee machine, and she gave us a breakfast coupon that you can get at a coffee shop located around 300m from the house, and this wasn't mentioned during the booking and it wasn't transparent from her. The coupons was composed of very basic breakfast: 2 pastries of choices and 2 coffees. This wasn't convenient for us because we got an early flight so we just then get the breakfast to take away. She could have provided guests with in room breakfast, or set a different room rate for breakfast-excluded room. The house is located nearby a patio where people gather so you might experience noises at night.
