About this cottage rental

Located in Ocean Lakes, this lovely cottage for $226 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. You are just steps to the Ocean, outdoor area has new rock for the 2024 season! All new floors, bedroom furniture and bedding We also accept Venmo/Zelle Payments as a way to save on credit card fees! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home within walking distance to the ocean Living area- Sofa, Recliner, Ceiling Fan, flat screen tv, DVD player, cable and Wi-Fi Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you will need to cook or grill out Master Bedroom, Queen Bed, ceiling Fan, flat screen tv Full Bath Full/Full Bunk, ceiling fan, Tv Full Bathtub/shower combo Washer/Dryer You are a 2-minute walk from the beach outdoor shower to wash sand and salt off after a day on the beach Covered porch with a sitting area So we are able to maintain a high level of quality for our guests, a few simple rules apply: If you’re looking for a place to party, please move onto another property Must be 25 to rent (families) Sorry no fur-babies allowed (feline or canine) No smoking, vaping or drugs permitted Must be 21 to operate the optional golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines) For your safety I am going to deep measures to make sure the house is cleaned per COVID-19 Standards I am using a professional cleaning company that will be using: Commercial germicidal chemicals High Grade Clean and sanitized microfibers All Laundry and linens will be shrink wrapped for your protection We will be trashing all condiments left in the cabinets such as Salt & Pepper, and any dry or food products left behind We want you to enjoy your stay and hope that our guests will become our second Ocean Lakes family and will stay with us for years to come. You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass per vehicle from Ocean Lakes. This does include the use of the amenities in the park Ocean Lakes has so much to offer families with a mile of beach and is a 24-hour gated community/resort with all the amenities you will need. * 4 Acre Water Park * 22,000 sq ft of recreation area * Olympic size outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, splash zones for the children with mounted squirt guns, and fountains for the children, water slides, lazy river to relax * Basketball court * Shuffleboard * 2 Playgrounds * And not to forget the golf cart parades in the evenings * Daily scheduled activities for all ages in the rec hall (crafts, bingo, arts, and ceramics) * Miniature golf * Grocery store with a gift shop * Stage for karaoke, fire pit and much more * Laundry mat * Several snack bars & Pizza delivery Security is 24/7 and strictly enforced
