The apartment is located in a super central and well served area of Ortigia island, full of shops, restaurants and points of interest. It is located on the 1st floor and is very cozy, with direct access to the living area with a table and 4 chairs, sofa bed with ottoman, satellite TV and a balcony overlooking the street below. From the living area through a corridor you reach the other rooms. The kitchen, with niche with shelf and stools for breakfast, comes with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer. The kitchen through a small door leads to a small laundry room with drying racks, ironing board, iron and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, mirror and bedside tables. Also here you will find a balcony, also with a view of the street below. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower and window.
