Very interesting conversion from a convent - spacious comfortable rooms and a very friendly couple running the hotel - the food was excellent and dinner was reasonably priced

Absence of sockets in the bedroom for charging a phone or similar and the shower was hanging loose and there were no handles or bars to hold onto in the shower

Staying here was a highlight of our month in France. From the welcome refreshments served in the delightful gardens upon our arrival (after a long day's drive) to the extraordinary breakfast each morning. The building is incredibly well preserved yet lacks nothing in terms of modern comforts. Picture book stuff - we had to shake our heads to believe that we were really in such a beautiful environment. We were even able to walk out the front door and step directly onto the Camino, so we decided to complete a couple of legs during our stay. Mary-Jeanne and Phillippe are the perfect hosts! Don't hesitate to stay here!

A beautiful place, right next to the St. James Way. A very nice host - he even brought a neighbor who acted as an English translator. Breakfast and dinner in a beautifully decorated dining room. High-quality products, especially for breakfast. In fact, everything is nicer than the pictures.

old historic building looks interresting, BUT....

I could't stay there, because the ancient building was heavil infested by FUNGUS/MOLD. I could immediatle smell the stink and after the few minutes I stayed inside the house, my eyes started to burn because of the high toxic concentration of spores in the air. The wet old stone walls were completely infested. The landlayd - who's shirt was covered with cat's hair - knew of course and offered to drive me 8km to another accomodation I luckily found on booking.com. It was already 17h in the afternoon and I had been walking a lot on this very hot day on the GR65, so I had no other option. When I wrote to her later to thank for the ride and that I expected my money back, she refused! A bit of mold and fungus can often be found in these areas close to rivers and in old houses, but this high concentracion is a health risk.
