Beds and bedroom furniture need upgrading

beds very uncomfortable and bedrooms very very basic

The location is convenient to get to places but on a busy road so it’s noisy. As there’s no gate at the front you have to be mindful of children and the busy road. The games room is good for the kids.

It’s an older style property which has no heating except for a wood burner in the dining area. The bedrooms and living areas are freezing in winter. The curtains don’t fit the windows properly so they lack privacy next to the busy road. Linen is $50 extra per bed but the bedding is inadequate for winter and only the top and bottom sheets appear to be replaced between users not the doona cover which wasn’t the cleanest

The Hoover didn't work properly.

Great central location. Love that we could take our dogs, and there was plenty of secure yard room for them.

Just a bit of maintenance required. The kitchen tap was really noisy, showerhead in ensuite not very effective, basin leaking in ensuite, curtains not hanging properly in most rooms so let alot of light in. Mattresses pretty thin and hard. Small out-dated TV. BUT nothing drastic and still represented good value as it was a pleasant place to stay!

Sweet house with a great layout and lots of parking. Wood heater very effective. However, not easy to bring wood for a week, unless one arrives with a trailer.

We brought our own bed linen, but the mattress protector, as supplied, was not clean. In the information list, 'heating' was the wood heater, and 'dryer' in the laundry did not exist.
