Die Lage war gut. Um die Ecke gibt es eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle.

Die Wohnung roch nach Rauch, der Boden war dreckig und hat geklebt. Die Bettwäsche hat gemüffelt. Die Spülmaschine war defekt. Das Geschirr und die wenigen Gläser waren nicht sauber. Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Beschwerde hin via booking.com behauptet, dass in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wurde. Der Rauchmelder war demontiert. Der Rauchgeruch war für unsere gesamte Familie sehr störend, weswegen wir nach einer Nacht abgereist sind. Wir haben keine Erstattung vom Vermieter erhalten und keine Möglichkeit gefunden ihn direkt zu kontaktieren.

As tourists, we highly appreciated the location of the apartment. We were lucky to find parking near the entrance door. There was a problem with the "Check-in instructions" but the host quickly responded with new instructions. (Just in case, the lock-box has now moved to the street side.)

It would be better if the floor wasn't sticky and full of sand. Overall, the apartment had left the impression that it was not being well looked after and the owner didn't properly oversee it. However, it certainly has the potential to be very comfortable. The bigger room, which also includes a little kitchen, had a terrible smell. I suppose it was from smoking and old carpets. The dishing machine was out of service. Judging by previous reviews, it has been the case for over a year. There were some towels inside the washing machine, so we decided not to open it. The coffee machine didn't look clean and reliable, so we left it unused.

The apartment is big, good location, near the park. There is a supermarket and a tram station nearby. There are free parking spaces near the apartment

The dishwasher is broken. The apartment owners should pay more attention to the kitchen and kitchen utensils. For example, there were four of us, but there were only two forks. The beds in the bedroom were not comfortable for us, we prefer hard mattresses and the mattresses were too soft. So those who like soft mattresses will enjoy the beds

Close to the park, nice walk to city center

the property was an easy 10 min walk to Quarterback Arena. we were also able to walk to the Bach Church and museum (20 mins). Very convenient. Parking was super easy to find for my extra large American SUV and it was safe. The beds were really comfy (way better than European standard).

The apartment is very well located, with a Konsum (supermarket) just a few blocks away. Checking in was effortless! The kitchen is well equipped and all bathroom and heating appliances work perfectly. The internet also worked great.

The dishwashing machine was not working properly, and the bed lining had some stains. But otherwise great value for money.

The house is one the ground floor where everyone put their garbage so it's not possible to open windows. There are no AC in the house either. There are 2 single beds. It take a bit effort to put them together but we didn't do it. Parking is in the street so if lucky, you may find one. There's a chance of others scratching your car as the street is super crowded.

Mixup at checkin between self-checkin and online-checkin (online was first, more prominent, so we initially incorrectly had chosen that option). It was quickly solved by phoning the hosts.
