Includes – 3 bedrooms, lounge / dining room and fitted kitchen PARKING FOR 1 VEHICLE IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL. Parking space is located in Victoria Rd approx 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent Pets are allowed. There is an additional charge of £50 per pet per week. Pet rules. We accept well behaved pets ( sorry-no puppies under 12 months old and subject to a maximum of 2 per property). We kindly ask that: - you do not allow your pet(s) on the furniture - you do not leave your pet(s) unattended - you do not use bowls from the kitchen for your pet - you clean up after your pet.
