Spacious, plenty of seating, beautiful views, beautiful outdoor space. We liked the fact that there was a room on the ground level for anyone that cant do stairs.
Steps were difficult to see in certain lighting. Several people tripped. Not safe for small children or elderly guests. Needed a few blankets in the living room and the toaster was broken.

Large beautiful villa, oceanfront with steps to the water. Great location walking distance to grocery, liquor store, restaurants and shops.
We had issues with multiple systems. Water filtration filter needed to be replaced. Air conditioning quit working in 3 different bedrooms, dishwasher leaked onto floor. However, these issues were fixed very quickly after notifying out local contact Cornelia. She and maintainance person Frank were wonderful.

View and location
Master bedroom a/c leaked the entire time on floor kept me up every night even though reported next day. Tons of electrical issues. Moldy smell in Master. Refrigerator freezer would not stay closed used bar stool. Oven did not work. Outdoor furniture falling apart nothing like pictures. Plus I was made to pay an additional $500 deposit when I got there.
