Fanno da cornice il verde dei pini marittimi secolari, i fiori vari e L azzurro del mare. Prezzo ottimo. Dopo accurata ricerca ritengo che sia una casa più unica che rara per la posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, le dimensioni della casa e la condivisone della piscina con una sola famiglia. Strutture molto più Lontane dal mare con spazi condivisi tra più residenze hanno di solito prezzi più elevati di questa. Gentilissime anche le signore che gestiscono L accoglienza e la consegna delle chiavi. Se proprio devo fare un appunto. Un po’ di manutenzione non guasterebbe .
