The location was good. Lots of shopping and dining nearby.

The person who checked us in basically told us that we couldn't be in the lobby area with the children because another group was using the space to record a radio show and it had to be quiet. Um didn't I pay to be able to have my grandkids play with the items provided in the space? No discount was given and we're felt extremely unwelcome. I reserved this based on the family friendly reviews. I guess make sure no private event is happening in a public space before you book if you have toddlers and need them to play after dark in a safe place.

We really enjoyed this hotel with its bright decor and colors. The deco was very modern and lively. The bedding was very soft and mattresses extremely comfortable. It was in the perfect location to stay a couple nights. Pricing was very good for a newer and very comfortable hotel.

The size of the room was a little smaller than normal, but with all the other positive attributes of the hotel, it really didn’t matter. Breakfast was okay, but could have used a healthy dry cereal instead of all sweet ones oriented towards the kids.

I liked how beautiful the place was. It was amazing to the looks and cleanliness.

I came to stay here due to a domestic assault I recently been thru with my ex partner. When I started hearing people in the back patio area right below my room (I was on 2nd floor) and when I looked out I seen him and his friends but I was not 100% sure he saw me. So I tried calling front desk, no answer. I quickly went downstairs to talk to the receptionist and he was currently on a call and said the following words, "what did you say her name was? And you just want to know if she's staying here?" So I quickly interrupted him and said, "sorry to cut you off but please do not tell that person any information about anyone staying here, i am sure that is against policy" he then hung up and said, "that was someone's boss." I told him I didn't care if it was the president of the United States. You cannot tell anyone that a specific person is staying here . He replied with you don't know what's going on and don't tell me how to do my job.i said you know what? I'm sorry, you're right. Let me Explain. I told him I was here for my safety and that if someone called asking if I'm staying here, to please not disclose that. He replied saying that was someone's boss calling asking if a girl was staying here. I repeated. Even so, you cannot release that info, he then said I was on drugs and to go away. In front of two other customers, I went away crying and tried calling gm and got no answer I called 8 times crying so hard. I come home today and pull up to the Starbucks closest to your hotel and was beaten brutally, a truck from your hotel followed me but I thought nothing of it because I didn't recognize the truck but nonetheless. It was my ex. He tgem ran away and still has yet To get caught, someone was throwing pebbles at my window all night and was knocking loudly on the wall next to my room.

The front desk assigned us a room occupied by others and we walked into the room while someone was in the bathroom?! Also, our newly assigned room after than fiasco still had the previous guests clothes hanging behind the bathroom door. Was the room even cleaned?! Yuck!
