For us, the location was good - close to the highway 11 and to the highway to Doi Saket/Chiang Rai.
Quiet area and with a car parking for visitors.
Many restaurants/food shops and a 7/11-shop are near by.
No swimming pool!
Kitchen with very limited cooking equipment, etc. - but have microwave and water kettle.
The water of the shower is a bit difficult to adjust well.
You have to organize your own toilet paper when you stay for more as two or three nights.

Disappointed overall - the night security guy was so sweet and really tried to help despite not speaking English (the wonders of Google translate)
Chose this property because of washing machine (after a few days on the move). Washing machine was communal, needed coins and wasn’t working. Photos aren’t a fair representation - seem like they are from when the place was new. Probably great if you want a longer term rental but not good in any way for a short trip - location, facilities etc all a bit disappointing.

"The condo unit is big. Each bedroom is big with bathroom. Parking is easy in and out. There are 7-11 and few good restaurants around the condo."
