Situated in Carolina, this charming condo for $249 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Oceanfront apartment within walking distance of everything, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Next door to the El San Juan Hotel. Best location to relax! This condo-styled residence is located right on Isla Verde! Just steps from the beach (literally), Walgreens and CVS, many food options, a 24/7 grocery store, and multiple car rental companies. Uber and taxis come regularly. It’s also located right next to a Casino, Foxwoods, and extremely close to the main airport. Direct access to a beach that has music, pineapple beverages, and water sports. This 1,200 sf condo rental includes 1 free parking, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, washer/dryer, central AC, 1 King-size bed and two full-size beds, two full bathrooms (one of them used to be half bath), living area, dining area, and spacious balcony with ocean view. Wi-Fi, 40" TVs in the dining room and bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix access (with your account settings). On-site: Baggage storage, Beach, 24 Hour Concierge Desk/ Security, Fitness Center, Bilingual Staff, and Sight-Seeing Tours Desk. THE ACCESS TO THE POOL IS INDEFINITELY CLOSED AND WE DON’T HAVE AN OPENING DATE YET. The access to the beach remains normal from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Construction work is ongoing in the building. Such noise could be heard at the apartment from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please read the complete profile carefully so that you're clear with what is and isn't provided on the property. Where To Go: The ESJ Towers is located on one of Puerto Rico's finest beaches. Walking distance from major hotels, Hotel El San Juan, The Ritz Carlton San Juan, Embassy Suites, and Royal Sonesta. Pueblo Supermarket is also within walking distance (open 24 hours). ENTREVINOS is also EXCELLENT across from CVS inside the small shopping mall, great ambiance from Thursday through Sunday, a great wine selection (basic bar drinks also.) many reasonably good bottles starting at $29 METROPOL Walking distance makes a left out of the driveway, great Puerto Rican-Cuban rest, a huge menu, and live music at the bar. MEAT MARKET Inside The Fairmont El San Juan, next door is a restaurant with excellent steaks and sides. Make it a night and stay for live music in the lobby on Fridays and Saturdays. This hotel also has a chic nightclub with GREAT music CLUB BRAVA, and a great atmosphere and you can walk there, it's next door! El ALAMBIQUE Funky beach restaurant bar with good food on Tartak St. where CVS is. Just walk towards the beach and make a left at the end. For a taste of our famous fritters, go to the beach, at Pinones, a five-minute ride, open kiosks selling all manner of fried food cooked over a wood log, delicious! Try an Alcapurria. MY FAVORITE for Latin and FRESH seafood is CAYO CARIBE, there's one in Condado, On the way to OLD SAN JUAN Ladi's for fresh fish is a short ride on the way to Old San Juan. Great view and is great for drinks and appetizers unless you are ordering a whole Lobster (STEAMED ONLY) or a whole Snapper (Fried only) You will be disappointed as they tend to overcook anything else, but the view is spectacular! IN OLD SAN JUAN BARRACHINA (where the Pina Colada was invented) LA VERGUENZA is a real scene, with music and PR Street food, a must-see. LA FACTORIA Party all night long! Seven rooms with music, and GREAT cocktails. Arrange for an Uber pick up in front or nearby as there are many bars in the area, big young adults area. Is every year in the top 50 bars in the world. SANTURCE LA PLACITA for bars nightlife and good restaurants, open late, how the locals party (safe). CALLE CERRA in Santurce is a hot spot don't miss La Esquina Watusi (the most famous bar in that area). GROCERY STORES/PHARMACY Walking distance is PUEBLO Supermarket (open 24 hrs.), and you can expect to find the same items you find in the USA as well as liquor. It's a 10-minute walk, straight out of the building's driveway across the street to the end of the street. Make a right and it's at the end of the street, taking an Uber is a good idea if you are buying a lot. Across from The Royal Sonesta, to the right of our building,(closer than CVS), there's a small grocery and liquor store, all walking distance from the apt. They also serve a great breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. No complaints. Easy access to the beach. Check in process was simple and you did not need multiple key fobs to get in inside the unit. This was helpful when our party would split up for an evening. I would definitely stay in this unit again.
Only downside, and not the unit owners fault whatsoever, the front desk staff told us the pool has been closed for two years. If having a pool is important to you, this may not be the rental for you.

Property location was near to stores, restaurants, etc. that was a plus. However the advertising said ocean front, this was the reason we selected this condo. However, the condo wasn't ocean front, but ocean view. This advertisement needs to be amended to state the truth so that people don't pay for what they don't get. Thanks, three senior ladies on a girl's get away.

Property was clean and comfortable. I slept in the "master bedroom" in which the bed was extremely comfortable as well. We didn't spend much time inside but when we did it was worth it. We literally had back yard access to the beach which held some excursions. It was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and quite comfortable for our family (2 adults' 1 kiddo). The building itself is on the older side but its location and the direct access to the beach cannot be beat. There are lots of restaurants (though nothing spectacular- we had better luck in Condado) and a grocery store within walking distance. Ismenia was a great host; providing relevant information and responding quickly to messages. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Ismenia is a gracious host who provides you with above and beyond care. The apartment has everything you need and more. It’s spacious and comfortable especially the beds and sofa. I had an excellent stay! The place was so clean with all the necessary appliances. Super clean I fell like I was home. The front view wasnt totally in front but it didn’t matter, because we were out most of the time. I definitely will come back to the same place again. I found my spot and this is a place that you won’t be sorry to spend the money and is on the perfect spot!! Thank you

Beautiful home
This home was very clean. We had a problem with ants and the owner sent some one over to assist, she was very responsive with everything we needed. It's right on the beach, parking was provided, and it's near all the major attractions.

The location was very convenient to the beach other shops, restaurants, bars and airport etc. I felt like the building was old and could use some upgrades. Also the pool should open later than 6pm. Overall, for the price, I'm pleased with the decision to reside here during my stay. Ismenia was quick with replying to questions.

It was wonderful waking up to so much light and the beautiful view of the ocean made it perfect. I highly recommend this rental.

Clean, well kept unit.
The apartment is roomy and spotless and was perfect for our family of four. Large bedrooms and lovely view from the balcony as well. Know that Isla Verde is very close to the airport so you will hear the planes taking off. Our 14 year old loved watching them rise from the trees.
