Situated in Birmingham, this lovely house for $299 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: Our home is nestled between the trendy restaurants and bars of Lakeview and the residential neighborhood of Highland Park. The entire house is furnished. The kitchen is packed with all the cooking essentials you need. The living room is great for lounging with our Roku smart TV, and we have a sofa bed for those needing extra sleeping space. Outside, you will see a bistro table and chairs and a BBQ grill for your use! The Space: You'll enter the house after walking up the stairs to the spacious front porch. Downstairs is a large living room, the dining room with plenty of space for family dinners, a relaxing sunroom, and an eat-in kitchen. The backyard is small but fenced; it has a large deck and sitting area. All four bedrooms are upstairs. Guest Access: The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. The Neighborhood: This 4 bedroom, 3 bath renovated historic home in Lakeview is just what you're looking for! With easy access to downtown Birmingham, and walking distance from fun bars and restaurants, its perfect for adventuring in Birmingham. Getting Around: We are with in walking distance of popular bars and restaurants! For further destinations, we recommend driving as this is a residential area, but Uber and Lyft are available in Birmingham. Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

The space was large but needed love. Do not expect anything extra. Broken handles, stains, marks on the wall, etc. it was enough space for our large group and the back patio was great though!

Good location near all spots you’d want to see in and around Birmingham. Good host with clear instructions and communication. The listing accurately depicted the home. Lots of comfortable sleeping spaces. Home sits off a main road, so there is some road noise on weekends. Street parking felt secure. Note: neither the outdoor stairs nor the inside staircase had handrails - not typically a problem but be advised if you have older adults in your group.

Property was good as advertised. No surprises. Only issue was not with this property or this owner the issue I had was with VRBO, we booked a property in Hoover, AL only to have them cancel it a few weeks before our trip. This property was great, VRBO not so much.

We had a multigenerational group and the property laid out perfectly for us. Everyone had ample space, the property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for us.

The property was spacious, clean and in walking distance to many restaurants. The area was in a beautiful, safe, historical district close to downtown. The host was quick to respond and provide information. We would definitely stay again .

Great Southern Home

Two adults and two teens were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants, 10 min drive to the airport and close to highway to get where we needed to go. The house was equipped with the proper amenities and the AC works great. East street parking. Older home with great charm.

We chose Birmingham as a hub for a long RTJ golf weekend. The location worked great. Home is as advertised in description and pictures. Management is responsive and helpful. It is close to the downtown scene so you can hear music at night but it’s not crazy loud. The only thing lacking that we find basic in all other rentals we have had over the years are things like bath soaps, body wash, shampoo which was a bit of surprise when we arrived late from a round of golf.

Really enjoyed this house and recommend it for larger groups staying in Birmingham. Great older home in very convenient location. All mattresses were new and slept great. House was clean with all the things that you'll need for your group to stay and really enjoy your time there. Highly recommend this house and hope that we can stay there again!
