It did it’s job but could of had a better conversation with the renter

Such a cute little place to stay! It had everything we need, but the thing we loved about it the most quiet it was. The owner was wonderful with communication and they have the cutest dog ever! We highly recommend anyone coming to the LA area just stay here. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

My husband, daughter and I had a great stay in Michael’s guest house. It is very clean, quiet and well maintained. All instructions were very clear. It was a little tight for the three of us but would definitely recommend for a couple. Thank you, Michael, for your hospitality!

My partner and I stayed in this lovely guest suite for a total of 3 nights. It is centrally located and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The configuration of the space made the guest suite feel so spacious. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the property grounds although not accessible to guests were stunning! Our host Michael was very responsive to our questions and super clear about the check-in process. As a heads up, one thing that we did notice was night lights lined around the guest suite and we have seen these same night lights online as disguised cameras which I do not believe is the case here but may be off-putting for some. Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for being a fabulous host.

Great area to stay, convenient to all local attractions.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and immaculate. Everything you need is there. Couch is cozy enough to sleep on. Linens and towels are soft and wonderful. Location is great, parking easy. The grounds are gorgeous. LOVED!!

It was peaceful, clean and we were very comfortable! I Will be booking again for future trips.

My husband & I stayed here while we flew a crossed the us to celebrate our 10 yr anniversary. Very friendly hosts, clean environment, gated rental. Jax (their dog) was an extra delight. Overall experience was Wonderful. If we ever get the chance to get there again, we will.

My daughters and I stayed here so that my older daughter could attend a summer camp nearby. The place was just as pictured. Cute details and comfy space. Just enough room for the 3 of us to have a place to rest and relax. The location was great! Nice quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. It’s conveniently located to most of LA, with so many fun places to go within a 30 min drive (including traffic). Michael and Kevin were super friendly and accommodating. Easy to communicate with. Provided everything we needed that was listed in their amenities. Their pup won our hearts and made it feel more like home. Will definitely return if the opportunity arises!

Overall very clean, quiet location but close to so many amenities. Convenient size but more luxurious than most hotels. You won’t be disappointed..

This was such a quaint and memorable stay. Michael was kind and hospitable.

Can't say enough about Michael's guesthouse. It's clean, spacious and conveniently located to explore LA. Communication with Michael was super-easy and check-in was a breeze. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

This property is stylish, comfortable, quiet and private, centrally located and perfect for a visit to LA. On street parking is free. The owner is friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!!

Everything was neat, tidy and well maintained. We could tell the owners put a lot of work into the place. Absolutely beautiful, quiet and an all around great place to crash after our LA adventures. It's a small property, but has everything you need. I really liked the furnishings and decor that was in the room. Really great cozy atmosphere

Beautiful place, great full kitchen, loved the big screen TV with Netflix, Hulu, and HBOMax. Comfortable bed too! Besides a fully stocked kitchen, they have a great selection of toiletries...even a neck massager! They have truly thought of everything! Absolutely loved it. The location allowed easy access to every part of town which I really appreciated and made getting around easier.

Exceeded my expectation. This place was beautiful, very clean, well stocked, functional, great location, friendly and timely communication, and very accommodating! It was such an enjoyable stay and experience, I will be back for sure!
