The location is fabulous! The main bike path is only across the street. Shops and restaurants are also close by. There is even a staircase right into the lake for a quick swim! Very safe and a nice private space in front of property (with area to keep bikes). Walking distance to private beach as well as boat rentals. Really liked the secure car parking space. Finally the host was very nice and helpful, he did everything he could to make the stay a good one.

There was pretty major renovation being done within the building, which was ugly and left a bad smell. The windows inside the apartment look out onto the road and it is VERY loud, so cannot leave windows open at night (especially bad in the bedrooms where it gets hot). The property could do with a renovation as it is looking a little run down. There is nice patio space (with a Barbeque) but again it is so loud from the street that it isn't really useable,

Well equipped kitchen. Very good beds. The surrounding landscape is amazing.

Heavy and constant noise from the road just outside the apartment. We didn't use the terrace or opened the windows because of this. The windows are poorly insulated, so you can hear the noice inside the apartment. Wifi was promised, but very poor connection, so it was not of any use. There was much better connection on other locations around the lake.
