The living/dining room is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a 32" television with a DVD player and grants access to the patio. The separate kitchen unit is furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker, a kettle and a washing machine. There is also an additional dining table with chairs. The two bedrooms are furnished with a large double or two single beds, a pull out bed and wardrobes. The bathroom was renovated in 2014 and offers a shower, a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The apartment has gas central heating. The patio offers a table with chairs and a sun shade. It is a few steps down from the garden to the ocean. There are various shops in the village, including a Tesco Express, which is open from 7am until 11pm. Linen: Bed linen is included in the price - please let us know how many beds you will need made up. Please bring your own towels. If this is a problem, for example you are travelling from overseas or with public transport, please let us know and we will arrange some towels for you. Dogs: Sorry - much as we love dogs, Seabreeze is a multi-occupancy site, and we have to consider all of our guests. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Amberley Cottage, next door, by arrangement. Other pets: Small caged animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs etc may be accepted for a small extra charge - please ask! A folding guest bed is available for use in the Top Apartment upon request. A child's cot and highchair are available on request.
