“Coe’s Corner #2 - Condo Description Renovated Luxury Ocean Front View & private Pool & the only 22 unit Beachside Community in Watercolor. Completely New Bathrooms, Kitchen, Appliances & ALL new floors. Two covered Peaceful Decks, -Open floor plan, living room seats 8, dining table seats 8. Also enjoy a breakfast bar for 4. Coastal decor through out with a stunning collection of shell mirrors! Perfect spot for any Holiday gatherings. This 2 story condo is a short walk to Watercolor Beach Club, Downtown WC, restaurants, Dune Lakes, Parks, bike trails, shopping & the Seaside Community. Our Condo SLEEPS 8 - 6 adults max. (3 kings beds & a bunk bed for 2 children.) Gulf Views from 2nd story (8 ) west windows! Access to our private pool, to all 8 Watercolor pools, & including camp Watercolor for the kiddos.. #2 Coe’s Corner Condo has 3 King beds & 4 bathrooms. Twin bunk beds in living room nook. Beachside is the only Watercolor community on the beach with Gulf views. Our upper covered deck is peaceful. Our lower deck is perfect for sunbathing with the relaxing sound of crashing waves. Both decks are up close to birds, often-deer, pelicans & early morning dolphins. View stunning sun sets, star filled clear night skies. Unit 2 ‘s tranquil beachside setting ensures a relaxing stay. 4th of July fireworks are seen up close from upper deck each year. We offer 2 bikes on site. Wonderful one week stay with 6 adults! Marcy was extremely responsive and quick to communicate. First off the property was beautiful with great views of the ocean from the main floor. The condo was a great size for people to spread out and so many amenities were included. The decor was bright and warm with very comfortable living room. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable but did have to get use to a Tempur pedic like mattress. The location was perfect, so close to multiple pools and food. We will definitely be back and thank for sharing your perfect condo!

This condo was the perfect
Location to everything - beach- right in town - across from scratch biscuit and the candy shop- the condo was super clean and beautifully decorated - we loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony listening to the waves - and the moon at night was spectacular - great host - communication very easy .
We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location. Great place to stay. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 12) for spring break and had plenty of room. The owner was very attentive and responsive before and throughout the stay (ie-small bike issue resolved immediately). View is spectacular. Pristine beach only steps away. Would return to Watercolor/Seaside and not hesitate staying at this condo again.

We stayed here for a week, and the location was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 grandparents. Easy access to the beach, lots to do in the area, great restaurants near by. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had since this was our first visit to watercolor.

Lovely property and right on the beach in Watercolor. The grandparents, parents and kids all enjoyed time together at the beach. We have traveled to 30a several times but it was our first time in Watercolor. My kids really enjoyed Camp Watercolor and everything the community had to offer.

This condo is beautiful! The decor and furnishings make it feel like a home away from home. A welcome change from the usual sterile rental on 30A! The unit was spotless upon arrival with nice linens, plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and essential household items. The location was perfect...beachfront, adjacent to the Watercolor Beach Club, a private pool, and close to Seaside restaurants and shopping (without the noise and crowds)! Marcy was attentive and hospitable. We will be back!

Wonderful stay in the perfect location.
The condo was perfect for our family. Everyone felt like they had plenty of room and spread out and with 8 people that is saying a lot.
Easy walk to the beach, about 25 steps to be exact. The private pool was perfect for those afternoon cool downs after a long (or short) day on the beach.
We enjoyed a very short walk several days into Seaside to watch a movie/ play and eat at all our favorite spots.
We had everything we needed.
Felt right at home.
Can’t wait to come back again next year.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo
My whole family was impressed with this beautiful home. It is very stylishly decorated. My sister and I kept noticing different cute decor items all week :) The property is very well maintained, nothing is worn, dated, or broken. The ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, and living area are spectacular. Our family has rented many different oceanfront condos in this general area, and this one stands out! You will not be disappointed.

The property was awesome and in a perfect location with Watercolor Resort amenities. For our family of 5 it did not disappoint. Not to mention the amazing views. Marcy, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. We are already thinking about coming back next year.

Perfect Location
The condo was very clean upon arrival and probably the best location of all the units. Located right next to the beach access and only a few steps away from The Beach Club and all of the other main attractions like shopping, restaurants, and the food truck area. I would highly recommend this property. The owner of the condo is very involved and accommodating. One of the best places we have stayed on 30a.

I really struggled this year with communicating with the owner. In the past, she directly texted me with info so I had easy access. This year, communication was limited to the vrbo website. Since I didn't have the password memorized, I had to get wifi access for my computer every time I needed info or wanted to ask a question. As I am elderly, that made things more difficult for me.
I also felt a bit less welcome this time. I love the condo and the view and the sound of the surf is unparalleled. However, when I left the patio doors open to hear that beautiful sound, the owner called saying she detected elevated humidity in the condo and demanded that I close the doors immediately and accused me of having a party in violation of the rental agreement, which was not true. I did have my children over for dinner, just as I had done at the same property last year and of which I told the owner was our purpose in renting her condo (family time!). It was a bit Big Brother-ish for me. I stopped feeling the "welcome to my home" and more like an intruder for the rest of the stay. A note from the owner 20 minutes before checkout time asking if we were out because the cleaners were waiting to get in left me so disturbed that I became physically ill, which delayed our eventual checkout. Just as we had done last year, we left new stemware for the owner as a hostess gift.

Great property, outstanding host
Our family of four and two grandparents had such a nice time at this property over Thanksgiving. The condo is spacious, very-well appointed, clean, and delivers exactly what it describes. The location is simply outstanding - views of the Gulf, beach access right next to the unit, a nearby pool dedicated only to the adjacent condos, and just steps from the large Watercolor Beach Club and restaurant. The kids club pools, Seaside market, and Watercolor bike trails are all easily accessed from this prime location. And the owner/host could not have been any more responsive and helpful - top notch!

Amazing Vacation Home!
We loved everything about our vacation! The property was so clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed and more! In addition, the location is just amazing. There is so much within walking distance, and we were constantly surrounded by views of the beautiful ocean.. The kids loved that we had access to so many pools including the amazing Camp Watercolor. This place is very special and helped make our vacation so wonderful! We hope to be back!

I cannot say enough about our stay! It was everything we expected and more. We were able to walk and bike everywhere we wanted to go with the exception of a shopping day in Destin. The private pool, being steps to the beach, the view, the restaurants, the beach bonfire, the shopping and food trucks at Seaside all made this trip one of our best. A bonus was that it felt so private even though we were steps from so much! We already have a list of things we want to do when we return in 2022! This vacation was worth every penny.

I cannot say enough about our stay! It was everything we expected and more. We were able to walk and bike everywhere we wanted to go with the exception of a shopping day in Destin. Perfect location close to everything. Access to the Watercolor Beach Club is awesome…kids loved it. The house was very clean and the owners were very accommodating and addressed and concerns or questions immediately. Highly recommended!

We didn’t need a car. Just bikes. The condo was very clean and easily fit our group of 8(4 adults 4 kids). Great trip!
