Bon séjour avec emplacement idéal. la proprété laisse à désirer, les équipements ménagers manquent.

L'emplacement est très agréable.. La vue depuis le couloir et la "cuisine" est très agréable.

Problème de coupure d'eau à l'arrivée. Problème de propreté. Vaisselle sale depuis plusieurs jours dans le lave vaisselle. Salle d'eau pas très propre laissant à désirer.

decent location and great view of the beach, for the price it a great place.

great location in Marigot, walking distance from bakeries and yummy creole food spots as well as a fun run to the fort on the hill.

very hard to know how to get into the place, a little scary in parking lot with broken out windows in cars. if we didn't have an amazing person we met in the complex call the host for us we would have never figured out how to get in

Perfect spot in Marigot!

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean. Loved that it was walking distance to the ferry terminal. Eric graciously was able to keep my bags before check in time as I left for a day trip on a neighboring island. He also immediately came by to drop off an American standard plug adapter, which was most appreciated. He was a great host! and his apartment well maintained and just as seen in the pictures! Note, the apartment is on the fourth floor, with 3 flight of stairs, but I was able to manage with bags and a stroller and toddler…so anyone can manage 😉

Spacious apartment in a good location, really well equipped and with the nice view on the beach and Fort Louis. Walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and lollos. Really close to public transportation (by walk). There is not need to rent a car when staying on this place (except for Sundays, when just few buses run). The owner is really customer oriented and brought us water during water outage what really helped us as we were not prepared for this.

The noise during the night, but this has not much to do with the accommodation. I have got an impression that in the night, there were happening parties on the streets or in cars (and any random locations). I do not know exactly where the music was coming from. On our 1st day, water went off, which took us by surprise, but the owner brought us bottled water, there was not such problem in the following days. But seems that this is happening on this island occasionally.

Would definitely recommend this place to stay! The place was cozy and it exceeded my expectations. Looks nicer when you're there in person! The place is central, and everything is at walking distance. You can do pretty much a lot of activities at a walking distance.The host was a really friendly and very welcoming! I would definitely book with them again in the future when I go back!😊
