The place was very updated and clean. Was really warm considering it was snowing outside. The landlord was very reachable and helpful. We were a group and 5 girls and was enough space for us all lol. I would definitely be staying here on my next visit

Everything was clean. the double rooms were incredibly nice.

the property was a decent size and fitted us all in comfortably. Had nice and modern bedrooms / kitchen / bathrooms. Was fairly close to the town and didn’t cost much for a taxi into the main town

I feel like there could of been more cleaning supplies, we wanted to clean the property properly before we left but found it difficult to do so . Could of been more bin bags as we had to double up the bag at the end of our stay, that was the bin bags used up already . The area wasn’t fantastic, we had a few a taxi drivers tell us it was a rough area. It was very noisy outside in the mornings n woke us up a few times.

Spacious, well-maintained apartment. Well equipped and comfortable.

The key code and alarm code were emailed only ONE hour before arrival. I was without Wi-Fi at the time, as was en route. I had requested this information be sent to my mobile, but it was not. Finally, my son managed to get through and receive the codes. As it happened, the charming host was in the apartment when I arrived.

Very smart clean townhouse, smart TVs in all four bedrooms, lovely kitchen, quiet street, 10min drive into the centre, very close to the river

Noisy creaking floorboards and stairs throughout the property, very thin walls, not the nicest area of Newcastle

House is lovely, with well equipped rooms that felt spacious and comfortable. The layout of the house worked well for our family of 5 ( 3 generations) Checking in/out process was straightforward with good timely communication from host. Although the West End is not the smartest of areas, we appreciated the closeness and diversity of shops , and number of parks nearby.
