The staff is friendly and even kept my wife charger for us after we left the hotel.

The room is a bit spacious. That only is good.

Rainwater can seep through the window in our room. The carpet near the window almost a meter is wet when we woke up. The wallpaper near the window wall is already ripped off when we entered the toom, maybe due to the rain previous days. The curtain is almost fallen. The bed and pillow is minimum comfort. The iron is only available at the lobby which is very inconvenient. Only good thing is room is quiet spacious. Melaka hotel is always expensive but the room condition is definitely not worth the money.

The price is quite cheap, they provided unlimited supply of drinking water and at 1st, their hospitality was superb.

The toilet was clogged but we did not make it a big issue as it dried out slowly. The main door became a serious issue as the knob was already faulty when we came, and towards checkout we were accused of damaging the door knob. It was unfair on our part as we were already being courteous so as not to complain about the knob, in the end we were made the scapegoat for the faulty. They were hopeful of taking our deposit as compensation but we did not give in. It was not our fault. Hope this does not happen again.

Dekat dgn bandar. Quiet.

No toiletries upon checkin. Have to go and ask. Bed linen very poor and not properly kept tidy.
