Generally clean. Quiet neighborhood.
It is very far from bkk city center though. It took a good hour to get there everyday.

The hotel was in a great location with easy walking distance to everything. The room was a great size, a nice calm and attractive palette and tastefully decorated. It had pretty much everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuine.
There are a lot of stairs up to the front entrance.
It isn’t really an accessible friendly area if you are in a wheelchair or have mobility issues. The pool area would be a huge no go.
There needs to be a handrail for the stairs leading up to the pool and up to the next level as when the tiles are wet they are slippery. The lights don’t work around the pool area at all, only in the pool, so it’s really dark and dangerous. They were trying to have this fixed once I mentioned it to the staff. Also the area where there are only 2 non adjustable lounge beds is quite a narrow and tricky access.
More seating and usable area ( more adjustable
lounges ) would be great.
In the room there needs to be a tea towel, dish rack, extra glasses, also a sharp knife.
