I felt safe at the location of Tepeyac 402. It was close to many attractions, many times I walked instead of taking a taxi, Uber or bus. It was well managed and clean.

I did wish there was a public laundry at the facility, only because of the number of days I was there. However, this does not indicate “something I didn’t like”. It was fine and I adjusted.

This is the second time I've stayed here. My room was bigger than my first visit. There was a diagram on the wall showing how to get hot water in the shower. There was a lot of very hot water. Great location.

tiny bathroom shower wasn’t draining properly - after 5 minutes or so there was at least a 2 or 3 cm pool of water. checkin process is a bit of a pain - they want your Facebook for some reason…

Clean and modern. Good lighting and lots of outlets. Location was near lots of things. Closet with a safe. Helpful staff. Quiet at night. Vending machine.

I didn't have any hot water even after trying the trick the staff suggested. Also, the bathroom door took up too much space. If it was a barn door or pocket door the room would work better. The sink had to be so small that if the faucet was turned on too high water splashed onto the floor.

Very cozy room, very nice area outside of the room. Everything felt very secure. Staff was very friendly. I would absolutely recommend to stay here. It was amazing for the price.

When I put the hot water in the shower it came out way too hot and then the sink in the bathroom would only pour out hot water and it couldn't be reversed.

The bed was very comfortable. The place seemed very safe. I had all the space I needed and I felt really comfortable. The terrace was really nice too I spent a lot of time relaxing here. Everything was super clean and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The complimentary water was nice too. Lastly, the location is perfect. It's close to the center as well as to the bus station. I really loved my stay here.

There is a coffee machine but there is no outlet to connect it to. There is also no coffee, so I guess you buy your own? There is tea but there is no kettle to warm up the water. If you make the water on the shower hot then the water from the hand washing sink comes out boiling hot and there is nothing you can do to make it cold again, even by moving the handle to the cold side.
