Good location. An attractive split level apartment with a shady walled outside area. The kitchen had everything you would need but lots of restaurants 10/15 minutes walk away. Easy to access and property management quick to respond to issues.
The main part of the flat was at basement level and smelt of damp despite using the dehumidifier supplied. The basement rooms were dark with little natural light. The toilet plumbing was a challenge and we were concerned it was going to flood the bathroom.

The apartment has great location, it's very ease to find bridge Luis I. It's enough space for family with two teenagers. We loved to breakfest at the little garden.

The location is good, near many attractions.
Many items are broken. The coffee machine, one of the chairs, and the light in the kitchen are all not working. The washing machine doesn’t have English instruction and no dryer function. It’s not well cleaned. There is no elevator; quite challenging if you travel with big and heavy luggage.
