Staff Rosa communicated with messages within the booking app, instructions and code to get in the building and room. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, too bad there was only one air conditioner in the bedroom as the apartment was very hot during the day. It was central to everything. Kitchen had a small microwave, coffee maker which I didn't use either one but did put some drinks in the small fridge. Not too noisy from other patrons. You have to walk up the wooden stairs and no elevators but had no issues as I only had a carrying on.

My original code allowed me to enter the building but it did not work to my apartment. The key pad had some numbers that didn't work. Luckily, a cleaning staff was there and called Rosa at the other hotel where you had to go check in if you didn't do it online upon request. I was given a new code without the number on the keypad to my room that did not work.
I wished there was an air conditioner in the livingroom as the apartment was very hot during the day as it faced south even though the darkened window blinds were down.
Some of the floor was cracked in the kitchen area, the shower caulking was showing old but clean.
I thought in one of the photos when booking it showed a washer for clothes.

It was in a brilliant location, up the road from the train station and very close to the bridge across to the other side (top of the hill). The room was clean and quite spacious, good kitchen facilities for having a cuppa in the morning on the balcony and the air con worked a treat after all the hills!
This didn't affect us but we were on the third floor and there was no lift so this might deter someone.
