The location
The dim light. The check out at 10 am is too early. But luckily we are able to keep our luggage in the apartment till 1 pm.

Toilet without any locking mechanism. Inconvenient to stay with friends/family. Also the shower head was loose and had difficulty taking shower.
Also asking ids for each of the individual staying (incl. children) was a bit inconvenient, however that's not a big problem taking regards to the security, but just taking into account the privacy of personal identity.

In Luzern
Not like on a picture. Everything is as cheap as possible. Partially as old too. Beds are not comfortable. Audibility of neighbors is outstanding. Property owner probably does not know how to prepare for the next guests and to load washing machine, asking for 50 CHF. Parking is not 1 chf/hour as stated in instructions.
