Located in Dubrovnik, this charming condo for $111 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is brand new one bedroom apartment with terrace below Minčeta fortress in Old city of Dubrovnik The space The apartment is 33sqm big and since it's brand new, we didn't wanted to add much furniture to keep it simple. Kitchen has fridge, toaster, kettle, stovetop, oven, dishes, pots etc. Living room is connected with dining area. Bedroom is big and bright. Bathroom is small as it's old style and we couldn't do much while renovating so we removed bathtub to get extra space for washing machine and shower is still little tricky so all persons taller than 190cm will have slight problems... But we do hope that you don't mind that so much, as we done everything inside projects and later on working to make the most of it. The Old town of Dubrovnik is the most known and desirable destination in Dubrovnik. In the past, Old City became an important force in the whole Mediterranean after the 13th century. Although significantly destroyed by the earthquake of 1667, Dubrovnik managed to keep and preserve its Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces, and fountains. Today inside the Walls you have almost everything that you might need: cultural sights, cinemas, galleries theaters, lots of cafes, and restaurants. During the day it is pretty much crowded with tourists and domestic people, and music from bars and restaurants during the night is not the first option for those who are seeking peace and a quiet place to stay. Despite that Old Town of Dubrovnik offers liveliness and charm that you cannot find in other parts of Dubrovnik. Stradun, the main street in Old City is only 300 m long but offers the most famous sights as you walk along the way. Onofrio's Fountain, the Franciscan Monastery, the Sponza Palace, Orlando's Column, the Rector's Palace, the Dubrovnik Cathedral and Treasury, the Church of St. Vlaho, Synagogue, Marin Držić House, Ethnographic Museum Rupe, Aquarium... The most impressive sight is well preserved, City Walls. Only 2 km long and 25 m high used to be protected in the past. The most important and well-preserved 5 fortresses give a unique shape to this Old town. Those are Fort of Minčeta, Revelin, Bokar, St. John, and outside Lovrjenac. Traffic is forbidden inside the Walls and parking is almost mission impossible in case you decide to stay as much as closer to the Old City...

A great stay. The only thing to add to the description that would have been more accurate was that there might be a smell in the bathroom due to the flat being in the old city. It does go away with multiple flushes and should not be a reason to not stay here. A great location, loved the balcony with views of the wall, plus you can see the sea from the kitchen window. She was also very responsive during my stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The place was perfect for enjoying Dubrovnik. As listed by others, the bath room is a bit small and you need to walk a lot of stairs to reach the flat. But that was no problem for us and didn't affect our stay in any way. We would definitely come back again.

It was really nice! The bathroom was high enough for me (Im 178cm). It was a great view from the livingroom window if you open it and look to the right! :)

Nice little apartment at top of Old Town. Perfect for a few days away. General wear and tear but otherwise modern. Aircon only in main room, not in the bedroom so was warm at night. Shower wasn’t ideal as shower curtain didn’t cover the whole shower. Washing machine but no washing powder.

I had an amazing stay and the hosts were lovely as can be, super communicative! The only thing I’d caution is that the sewer system in Old Town is very old and there is a smell in the bathroom that is unfortunately not able to be solved, although the host did everything they could to remedy it. I think you’ll find this any place in Old Town.

The location is the most attractive feature of this apartment. Just within the walls, and within walking distance to everything in Dubrovnik. The only problem with the apartment for us was the bathroom. It is very small and cramped. I kept hitting my head on the ceiling, even though I am not that tall (5'10 for reference). Also, the septic system in the bathroom might be in need of cleaning because it smelled very bad by the end of our trip, to the point where my girlfriend refused to use it on the last day. The hosts are responsive, however, they can feel somewhat distant because cleaning and check-in are conducted by a third-party company. We had no problems with our stay, aside from the bathroom. Dubrovnik is a beautiful city and if you don't mind walking up some stairs, you will have a great time there!

We had a lovel stay here - location was minutes away from old town, apartment had all the right amenities and was old yet modern. We even got to cook a nice lunch and eat it on the balcony!

Sadly, this property is not being maintained and kitchen is poorly equipped. We noticed a urine smell and broken furniture the first few minutes in the unit. Reported the broken furniture and a missing electrical power supply cord to property manager right away. Nothing was fixed in the 3 days we were there. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and bathroom window open all the time to minimize the urine odor. But it still reeked. The shower curtain was cloth with no liner, so water went right thru the curtain. Later in our stay, we found a second piece of furniture broken. The owner should make the necessary repairs. The location is very good, the bed was comfortable, and AC worked well. There are MANY steps to get to it from the main Pile Gate. but we like to exercise, so did not mind the steps. There’s a fantastic little restaurant “Lady Pi Pi” just a few steps away. We loved Dubrovnik, plan to return, but will not stay at this particular property again. We stayed in Croatia 21 days, 10 stops. Wonderful trip! This was the only property we wouldn’t stay at again. Heed our warning, or bring nose plugs!

Lovely little apartment in the old town. Only a 2 minute walk from the gate. Air con is a life saver and lots of towels for when you go to the beach. 2 minute walk away from nearest shop. Very clean. Apartment isn’t a ground level so you don’t need to worry about people looking in. Would recommend.

Muuuy mal. El dueño nunca apareció, no había wifi, no había agua caliente. El dueño no respondía a nuestros mensajes de pedido de ayuda. El baño era un desastre xq no había cortina de baño y era mínimo x lo que se mojaba todo. No había ni un trapo de piso para limpiar. Los elementos de cocina insuficientes. Muy mala ubicación todo quedaba a 140 escalones de distancia de cualquier atractivo. No es una buena opción de alquiler. Si no hay otra cosa duerman en la calle y ahórrense el dinero
