The view is amazing. Pool is small but refreshing. Quiet area and overall very clean.
The bedroom with the washer was hot, AC didn’t keep up even with door closed to bathroom. Bedroom with washer also needs blackout curtain to block out patio lights for people who want to sleep while others are outside or if you don’t want to unplug every lamp. Lots of stairs to get to property, can’t be helped but was awful with luggage.

Amazing location and a gorgeous villa, which is obviously their pride and joy. Everything was thought of and we couldn’t have been more comfortable.
There are obviously lots of steps around Dubrovnik, so bring sturdy footwear!
The Dubrovnik traffic restriction zone presents problems if you are driving. You can ask for the property owners to register your car to drive-through to drop off luggage, or you can email the council directly at zona@dubrovnik.hr.

The owner was there to hand over the keys and explain anything that needed explaining. He was very helpful and always available if we needed him.
A BBQ on site would have been nice.

Great location - less than ten minutes to the old town. Great to have a pool after a day exploring. Mateo was super helpful with any queries.
Nothing. Dubrovnik does have a lot of steps so be prepared!
