The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 king bed Bedroom 2: 1 king bed Living/Common Area: 1 sofa bed Guest Access: The entire unit is for your use and all building amenities are accessible! There is a living room, kitchen, for a relaxing stay. The Neighborhood: Couldn't be in a more convenient location! Steps to anything! One block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall & the Statehouse Two blocks to the Convention Center & museums 5 minute walk to Bankers Life Fieldhouse 10 minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium Getting Around: The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis. 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Other Things to Note: No smoking No parties or events Late check out fee is at $50/hour There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Interaction with Guests: Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our automated entry system, however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise :)

We had a great time and it was in a great location for sure. If I had to nitpick, the walls were a bit thin, but everything from space to location were fantastic! We'll stay again for sure!!!

The check in and out was very easy. Communication was easy and owner was responsive. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinet so we washed everything prior to using them. There was no dish detergent or dishwasher cleaner available so we went shopping for dish soap so we could use the dishes. The apartment was pretty clean and very roomy. Overall it was a pretty nice stay.

It was a nice location and layout but the entire check-in process was a bit cumbersome and there is no parking for guests, so we had to pay $20 a day across the street. A lot of street noise below but they had noise limits on guests. All in all a good stay though.

Extremely happy with this place! Apartment was very clean. Bedrooms are nice and private, each with their own bathroom. Check in was very easy and the manager was in communication all weekend to help with anything we needed. Great location for restaurants. We would definitely book again.

The property was the perfect location within Indianapolis. It was very convenient for exploring anything downtown. We didn’t spend much time in the actual apartment. We were out and about most of the time. We showered and slept there which was convenient. It’s a very lively area so definitely noise outside pretty late in the evening hours but we turned on our noise maker and slept fine.
