All was great. EXCEPT- a clear "cleaning company problem." Main floor not swept and certainly not mopped or cleaned. Visible dirt I swept and vacuumed floor and rug. Food/crumbs on couch. Socks get black, hair in showers, dirty carpet in Master. Looked like hastily cleaned and turned over for next renters. I am usually easy to please. My ONLY requirement generally in VRBO's and hotels are clean accommodations and clean sheets. The stay was nice, the unit itself well appointed. Staff courteous and professional. Thank you. We had a great time but paying for a clean unit and then having to wear my flip flops around to keep feet and or socks from getting black was a touch sell. Otherwise we loved it.

We rented the dual townhouses for a gathering of 4 families (8 adults & 8 teenagers) in the days before we went on a Backpacking trek. The location outside of St. George was well suited to seeing Snow Canyon State Park & Zion National Park. Pros: The homes were well appointed with ample beds, seating, and table space for large groups. We were able to grill dinner, and there were plates, dishes, etc to go all around. The in-unit laundry was also helpful. Beds were comfortable and sheets were all clean and crisp. Towels were also clean and crisp. Check-in with codes was easy! This is clearly a development that is geared to rentals, and it seemed like 3/4 of the units were being used for short-term rentals and family gatherings. Having two kitchens, two family rooms, so many en suite bathrooms, and ample patio space was PERFECT for our group -- lots of room to spread out and no one was on top of each other. While the units are not connected, it was no big deal to move from one to the other. And, we felt SUPER SAFE leaving shoes at the door, etc. Finally, the pickleball court was a blast. Cons: The community pool is simply not as pictured. It is easily only 1/3 of the size that it seems in the pictures. It's very shallow -- half of the pool is 1ft deep! 12 inches! ONE FOOT! At best it is a wading pool for little kids, and maybe only a bit bigger than an average back-yard pool. We tried to use the spa, but it was 100 degrees outside and the spa required a code to bring it's temp below 109 -- we gave up. That area was fun to watch the lightning storms, though! We were a bit surprised that the two units are not outfited more similarly -- it wasn't a bit deal. But, the corner unit has been decorated with real beds, and wall art -- the center unit has what appear to be IKEA style beds and posters on the walls. Beds were comfortable, but it was an unexpected discrepancy. There were coffee makers, but in the corner unit there is only a K-cup coffee maker (tough for a large group). The description was clear that there were limited condiments/spices in the houses -- that was accurate! Also, pool towels are not provided; that was stated in the description, so we weren't surprised. But it seemed like a strange hospitality omission. Plan to buy/bring everything expect sheets & bath towels! All in all -- it was great for our group, and we hope that they are continuing to upgrade the furnishings in the middle unit.

The two condos were nice but they were still being cleaned when we arrived at check in time so we had to wait over an hour to get in. Also the hot tub had not been cleaned for us. Our only other glitch was that neither condo had any kitchen towels or rags so we had to use bathroom ones that left us short there. They could have been a little better stocked that way. Our family enjoyed the pool close by and everything considered we had a great time.
