Condo based hotel in LAS VEGAS! Relax in the luxury of your suite with just minutes away from all the entertainment. Mandatory cleaning fee of $30 will be charged by the hotel upon your check out. My place is close to restaurants. You’ll love my place, the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the people. The Signature is an exclusive guard-gated resort on the MGM grounds. The two hotels are connected via an internal air-conditioned moving walkway. The 21-or-older rule applies. 2ND floor Suite faces TOP GOLF. This is a standard room, lowest priced NON-BALCONY hotel suite in Tower 2. Dishware and cookware is delivered based on request and you may dial to front desk to have dishware/cookware delivered

Didn't have any problem with the property.
The unit was clean and ready to go. Bed was very comfortable. I had the front desk bring up plates, silverware, etc. mostly just because I wanted something other than a stir stick for my coffee. There is only a small regular coffee pot in the room.
It was a little disappointing that the Uber/Lyft pick-up area was not at the front door. Had to walk about 100 yards to a pick-up area. That's not bad if the weather is nice but it was very cold this week.
I plan on using this place again!

My vacation was wrecked when the hotel was put on lockdown due to an active shooter just floors above me. The host, Tanner, was not willing to refund me for the inconveniences this caused for me on my final day of vacation. I was stuck in my room without any food or water and very worried that a gun man would burst into my room at any moment. This situation brought me extreme distress, anxiety and PTSD. They make a huge deal about the property being non-smoking but somehow they allow guests to check into their rooms with guns and have a shootout with the Las Vegas SWAT team from their balcony. Do not stay here, it’s not worth the money. Stay at the Cosmo or somewhere on the strip that is considered a resort.

Nice large suite and nice street view. It took us awhile to locate bcuz we tried using the street address. Another couple at check-in said the same thing. We finally found it using just the name. Construction for an F1 upcoming race also made driving anywhere a huge issue. We picked up people at the airport a couple of days after we checked in. The only issues with the room were the AC/heat bcuz the only vent is over by the window with a small screen between the bed and couch blocking it. Probably would help to have a floor fan. And there were some areas that needed to be dusted better.

Close to the strip via the hotel and no parking or resort fee. Super clean nice spacious room. Second time staying at the towers and would stay again. Always quiet too!

Tanner’s unit was as described. We love staying at The Signature. So nice to have free valet and use of the MGM pools. The Signature has very well equipped gyms. So nice to be able to continue our workouts while on vacation.
We called front desk to have dishes and kitchen essentials delivered and they did so in a timely manner. The lower level units don’t have a view but are extremely quiet!
We did not receive communication from our host but all went well.

The property was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our long weekend. We prefer the lower floors as it makes elevator rides much quicker. Just an FYI: The stairwell (adjacent the room) leads you outside and around the corner from reception!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay! Unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was also very quiet. Our host Tanner responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. Book this room! You will not regret it. Would definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyed being close to restaurants and stores. Was able to take in play at KA.
Not sure why but something is causing jetted tub to put out dirt and hair at back end of tub. Requested a cleaning which still did not take care of issue. I imagine something is happening with filters or jets.

We stayed for three nights and the location can’t be beat. It was very quiet, even though it’s on the second floor, with a beautiful jetted tub and separate shower. Easy access to the Strip and MGM Grand. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great spot to walk to the strip and easy to get out of town to hike and bike Red Rock, Valley of Fire, River Mts. Trail, groceries etc. Valet parking was slow at times. 9-11am but employees were very pleasant. Get this, we didn't eat a meal out so the kitchen was adequate (fridge not very cold).

This was the perfect place for our stay while in Vegas for a LAX tournament for my son. It was close enough to the strip that we could walk and explore. It was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Tanner was very kind and quick to respond😁

Property owner, Tanner, was easy to reach and super responsive. Room was clean and quiet. Located near Top Golf and just a short hallway walk to meet the rest of our family at the MGM Hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Great experience overall, property manager and hotel staff were very helpful. Space was very clean and in a good location. There was a very small issue with some nonfunctional lights and our room telephone didn’t work but we definitely enjoyed our stay!
