Great central location stay in Hirafu

Spacious room with good kitchen amenities stocked with breakfast items. Hourly shuttle bus to the gondola was very helpful

Chatrium hits home run on many basic points but far from luxurious nor comfortable

Convenient location close to many shops, restaurants and walking distance to the gondola. Our luggage got into a bit of a snafu and had to be sent ahead of time, the staff was very accomodating and helpful. Very lovely staff, accomodating and always helpful with taxi booking, luggage handling and room comfort. Clean hotel and convenient self-served laundry. Free shuttle bus to and from hotel to the ski lifts. Access to cafe and restaurants right within the same building.

In a 2BR setup, there is 1 room with no window, making it quite depressing to stay for any prolong period. The room with no window was very stuffy making it hard to sleep at night and also causing headache. The exhaust fan was also loud contributing to the problem. There was little to no sound insulation, every conversation in the kitchen, every front door entry and exit would wake you up from your sleep. The problem was alleviated after the staff introduced a humidifying air purifier. It helps to have the door open but that means no privacy to the room. The ski locker was quite small for all 4 skis and a struggle every day to stuff them in and out. Prefer to have a common dry room for skis and boards than a locker. There were many TVs but only 1 side table each room, and no bedside lamps. Having said that 1BR setup looks quite all right and might not having the same issue with 2BR.

We liked this place cause it is quiet and comfortable inside. It’s located in Niseko village so you have access to shops

The apartment is big with modern design.

It’s not hotel. No breakfast/dinner inside hotel. No regular cleaning.

①施錠システムが壊れているとし、開錠をスタッフ同行の上、その都度お願いしなければならなかったこと。 ②費用をカード決済が済んでいるのにも関わらず、カードが有効であるかを確認するとしカードを提示させられた事。 ③施設Wi-Fiを利用に対し、会社情報の提供を受けることが必須条件としていること。 ④チェックイン時にメールアドレスが必須されたこと。

They have prepared our breakfast in the refregirator, though it was not included in the pack. The room was structured well to give us home like feeling. It was an exceptional stay.

The winds coming from airconditioner was not that comfy. Though it's possible that could be adjusted bit more with the controller.

Great staff, shuttles to and from the gondola, very spacious and clean suite, location very close to skiing and in-house drop-off of rented skis. nice little exercise room. very close to restaurants and bars

in the past the property was directly connected to a ski rental shop, this was very convenient. Now this is absent and makes things for skiing more complicated. The property is also lacking some entertainment space for kids or a kid’s club.

staffs are very nice and attentive. ski shuttle bus is very convenient so long as you can call the service using your mobile phone. The food from the restaurants at the level one is very good. the place is surrounded by many food trucks if you happened fancy food later the night.

1 bed room has no bath tub. really need onsen or hot bath to ease the sore muscles.

Exceptional

Everything about our stay at the Chatrium Niseko was perfect - it’s well designed and setup for skiing with good sized rooms, extremely comfortable bedding, good living room facilities and most welcoming and friendly staff. The ski wet room downstairs was great and friendly shuttle drivers to get to and from the snow. Thank you so much.

Great hotel for families with children

Excellent location, close to Welcome Center and Gondola. Hotel offers free shuttle at request to go to the ski resort and pick up back. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Booked room with kitchen, great to cook.
