One bedroom spacious, castle view seaside apartment located 50 yards from the South Bay beach , with just a short 5 minute walk from scarborough town centre. Our apartments are all newly refurbished , with all essentials for your seaside break . A one bedroom , with two single luxury beds and duvets , with a pull out sofa bed in the living area which sleeps 2 . Linen provided in all rooms & Heating throughout the apartment. Our kitchens come equipped with all essentials, a washing machine , fridge & freezer , oven and microwave and kitchen utensils . Spacious , bright Bathroom with a shower & towels provided. Open plan Large modern living area with a beautiful Scarborough castle view , one sofa bed and a three seater sofa . Table dining to seat 4 , freeview TV & WIFI . Local attractions within Walking distance , arcades , bars , restaurants , Shops , Scarborough castle , marine drive , fishing harbour , spa , Luna park , Scarborough wheel , donkeys , Crazy golf much more .

Beautiful flat, great location!
The apartment is in a great location, very modern and spacious. Only downside was struggling with parking as permit areas are so busy. Windows are also single glazing and let in a lot of light so I would recommend an eye mask. Would definitely stay again though, thank you!

Perfect location
Nice appartment, location was perfect and couldn’t be any better. Parking was an issue as we couldn’t find a space where the permit allowed, resulting in us paying £9 for overnight parking on a nearby car park.

This property was very well done, clean, modern with a great location too! The hosts couldn’t have done anymore for us. Great place, would definitely recommend :)

We was meant to be travelling to spain but this was a great alternative. We stayed 3 adults and 1 infant and got upgraded to the apartment above (2A) which was really convenient with a toddler for space with a travel cot etc. The apartment was really clean on arrival in which we was meeted and greeted with the friendly owner and even left us milk and bread which was really kind. They advised us of restraunts and shops :)
Dishcloths and binbags were not left which was rather hard to keep up the standard of cleanliness but this did not result in a huge problem in the end.
The apartment is situated right in the centre so close to the sea front and shops. Everything is within walking distance, even the town centre with all branded retailers.
The only thing we found fustrating was the single glazed windows which had large gaps in the middle which made the master bedroom chilly in the evening and noisy at night time.
Overall we had a really nice stay and the owner was really nice 😊

Gorgeous short break
Lovely, clean apartment right in the centre of everything yet really quiet and peaceful. Could not have asked for more. Will be back!

Beautifully decorated, well equipped flat. Great location.
Really close to the beach and harbour, well equipped, lovely decor. The owners were very helpful. If you are sleeping on the sofabed in the summer, take an eyemask if you are sensitive to light. We couldn't get the windows open but a fan is provided. We had a great stay.

Great short break
Booked at the last minute and was not disappointed. Located just behind South Bay Beach, the apartment is well positioned for all local amenities. It has been newly renovated so everything is modern and stylish. Located on the first floor above a shop on a fairly busy road (in the daytime), but parking was not difficult with a permit given to us by the hosts. The kitchen is very well equipped and the flat is light and airy. The hosts, Neil & Caroline, couldn't have been more helpful and the checking in and out process was very easy. Bottle of Prosecco left for us was a lovely touch :-). I would definitely book again.

Great location, lovely apartment
The apartment is absolutely central, the location could not be better. It has been furnished to a really high standard and had everything we needed - the current pictures do not do it justice. The host was great, no issues with communication and we were provided with lots of helpful recommendations.
Without a doubt we will be staying there again!

Very modern and beautifully furnished apartment, everything you need for a home from home, very comfy nights sleep, excellent location for all attractions, the owners are lovely and nothing is to much trouble for them, and we’l be back again
