The manager was so nice and helpful!! The pictures didn’t do the place justice. It’s the most adorable place I’ve ever seen and it was so cozy.

Brian was also very communicative and helpful. My wife and I could not have been happier with our stay. 5 stars in every way possible!

My wife and I stayed at the cottage for 3 nights. The cottage was fantastic. It was in a great location that wasn’t a far drive from the main attractions of Hot Springs. Brian was very attentive and an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again.

Due to a medical emergency, I was unable to take my vacation and actually stay here. But I would have no hesitation to stay here again in the future due to the service we received from Brian and Holly. Brian and Holly were so kind and generous in helping me get my money back for the vacation I couldn't take. They always responded to my messages within minutes and always tried their best to answer any questions I had. Absolutely excellent!

This is such a beautiful place!! The renovations and amenities were perfect!! It's super close to the interstate which makes it easy to get to the lake one exit away!! It's also a very short drive to downtown Hot Springs where you can fill up your water containers with the fresh hot springs!! We loved staying here and will stay here in the future!

Living area had a comfortable couch, large screen tv w/ all of the apps, good sized bathroom (also appeared newly decorated), Master Bedroom and a second bedroom. The beds were very comfortable, and there was enough drawer and hanging space for clothes. The house is surrounded by grass and trees, and is on a lovely street right up the block from Lake Hamilton. The neighborhood is quiet amd peaceful. The house is close to Lake Ouachita so I was able to spend a lot of time there every day. The property owners were friendly and always available if I had questions.

The house is so perfect and beautiful with the vintage look, just like one in Hollywood movies. It had all the facilities, like everything. The owner also is very helpful and concerned about the guest. I would surely recommend this place, whenever plan to go to Hot springs, AR, do stay at this place.

Great place nice owners

This quaint little cottage is a must when you visit Hot Springs! Little two bedroom cottage was great for us! It's newly renovated, so feels fresh, but cozy. We would sit on the porch in the morning with our coffee, while people that drove by waved hello, and sat by the fire pit at night, talking about all we did that day. The owners checked on us, and gave us great information on things to do in the area. Thanks for a great stay! Can't wait to book another stay here to explore more in the area 🙂

We had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect location for us to relax away from town, but close enough to downtown that it was an easy drive to shop, hike, tour and eat. The cottage is beautiful and was perfect for our needs. We would recommend it to any of our family and friends. Thank you Brian!

We came down for a short getaway (2 nights) to enjoy Central Arkansas, and the only thing that could’ve been better would have been to stay another night! Very clean, the beds slept very well, And we just wish we could’ve used the kitchen, as it was updated and very nice! Thank you so much for having the TVs hooked and ready to watch a movie or show! We are a small movie night it was every bit as good as watching one in our Media Room at home! The neighborhood was quiet, and good in proximity to anything in Hot Springs and not too far at all from Little Rock. Thank you Brian and Holly for your hospitality! John, Jill, and Hannah 👍�🏼�😁�
