We stayed over Thanksgiving and upon arrival noticed the oven door was broken. We alerted the management right away and they were prompt with a response as well as got us a new oven before Thursday! Maintenance went above and beyond for us! The unit looked cleaned, but the carpets could definitely use a clean. There were some scratches and dings throughout the unit that come with wear, as well as some other things (like no garage remote, and a missing light fixture shade).

The house was not in rentable condition. No one should rent this house unless the owners put in significant upgrades.Within the first day of arriving, the oven door fell apart when we opened it, the coat rack fell off the wall, and the washer broke. The carpets were old and dingy and hadn't been washed in a while. The coffee maker had the wrong sized pot which made making coffee nearly impossible. The cooking utensils were all flimsy and cheap. On the plus side, the grill was nice and worked well.The property manager attempted to make things better, but missed the mark in a way that makes me think they don't understand what it is like to have 2 families in a vacation house for a week. They sent a new coffee pot, but it was a 5 cup machine to replace a 12 cup machine so not big enough to make coffee for 4 adults. They called the washer breaking an inconvenience, which suggests they don't get that the expectation of a washer impacts how you pack. They said they'd refund $100, but never did. They did send cookies as an apology.

So the add is super misleading. Says 5 bedrooms and mother in law suite. Which it had 4 bedrooms. We had a group of Five couples and several kids. Which made this a very awkward experience. There were several missing items the floors were filthy as well as stains on the floors in multiple locations. Drain in tub upstairs was slow. As well as multiple bugs( Cockroaches according to google). Plus the multiple lists that were contradictory to what the checkout protocols should be. I really wanted to have a better review however the misleading information and confusing information just made it hard for me to give a better review.

We have stayed at a UBVR property many times and the last few experiences have been borderline atrocious.Basic amenities were in full dysfunction, the properties were not clean at all. These properties are getting old and run down, there are better options around southern Utah at the premium UBVR charge.Our washer was not working at all so we had to do our laundry at a laundromat. We called guest services and they offered literally no help or remedy. I will never be staying at a UBVR property again. I will not recommend UBVR to any of my friends or family.

We all had a really good time!! We traded off at both pools went back to the house and played in hot tub. It was a big enough place where we were able to enjoy some meals together watch some movies and just spend time together. Would diffinately come again.

The listing, home, area, accomodations are amazing. The cost, home, and nearby water spots are amazing.
We only used wifi for in between activities and at night and it was terrible. Connected with the host multiple times and they blamed the heat (we are from arizona). We asked where the internet setup was and were ghosted so couldn't even try an internet reset. Would have been a raving review if the owner would have given this more attention vs how it was handled.

This home is clean spacious has everything you could possibly need on vacation. The property with the pools is perfect for a day in the sun. We would recommend this property.

The house is great, beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space. A few complaints… the code would not work on front door, only casita. Also, the kitchen is lacking supplies like dish soap and dish towels, and the tvs are glitchy. But overall we had a great time.

Beds were comfortable—several appliances; mother in law master suite was great!!! Dining chairs and bar stools not comfortable but plentiful! Loved the extra table and chairs in the garage. Water pressure great and sink disposal was nice and fresh.

My family decided last minute to get to St. George for Labor Day and we couldn’t believe this house was still available. It was perfect for our family. The carpets were a little stained, but it didn’t bother us. Bed were comfortable, but tall for us short people. My neices and nephews loved the bunk room. We would stay here again.

We love staying at Paradise Village at Zion!! Our second time and it didn’t disappoint!
Plenty of room for all 16 of us. The home was comfy and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back!

I'm not entirely sure where to start. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The community itself is also quite nice, with everything you could possibly want for a good vacation. Great proximity to Snow Canyon, and having the grocery store within walking distance was a nice bonus.
We had a great stay, and the kids are already pestering me to return in the future.

Incredible Vacation
I'm not entirely sure where to start. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The community itself is also quite nice, with everything you could possibly want for a good vacation. Great proximity to Snow Canyon, and having the grocery store within walking distance was a nice bonus.

Upon arrival house was clean and set up beautifully! Everything was as it had said. Hot tub wasn't very hot and water was murky but maintenance team came right out and within 24 hours it was hot and clean! Kitchen sink had zero water pressure so doing the dishes was kind of a pain with a dribble of water coming out. Sheets in both the master bedrooms were pretty scratchy and nubby. Location and amenities were awesome. Washing machine kept getting stuck on drain and spin so that should be addressed. Management team was very helpful and we love to come stay in this subdivision! Will def come back to it.

We really loved this house. It is in the most beautiful part of St George (in our opinion). Amazing to see the red rock cliffs of Snow Canyon right as you drive out of the neighborhood. The property was super clean and in great shape and the amenities were perfect for our family. Highly recommend.

Great Stay
Would definitely stay again. It did not come stocked with all the things that we usually expect at a vacation rental, but overall we had everything we needed. Everything was super clean. I had sent some emails and messages to the company to ask some questions and never heard back, but it was nothing pressing so it was totally fine. We all had a great stay! Thanks so much!
