The apartment was very clean, Chiara was wonderful, she waited for us as the traffic was horrible, she helped us carrying our luggage as we’re an older couple. She brought us to the parking garage, she met us again when we left .

We stayed in the Bianca apartment in the Margellina neighborhood and loved it. The place is roomy with useful small kitchen, high ceilings, roomy bedroom and comfortable beds. It is close to a Metro line (#2,#6) and buses, less then a block from the sea and the promenade and in a safe, clean and friendly neighborhood. Many small shops and services, restaurants and bars. The apartment has a washing machine (very handy) and an elevator. In short it is a great one for short or long stay.

The apartment was fantastic. It is a great size and gave us plenty of room. It is well appointed and we had everything we needed for the kitchen. It made our time there very easy and enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring Naples and the area. We very highly recommend the apartment and will definitely return!

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement de Mario car situé dans un quartier résidentiel et tres sécurisé(deux portes blindées)Deux jeunes gens tres gentils nous ont accueillis.l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Tout près (200m environ)du métro 2 on est dans le centre de naples en très peu de temps. Et on peut aussi s'y rendre en faisant une belle promenade à pied le long de la baie. nous recommandons cet appartement.N.P

This was an amazing apartment in Mergillina, not too far from downtown Naples. The apartment is big, bright, well equipped and very clean. It is a beautiful older building in a safe area. We often walked around at night time, without fear or concern. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Also grocery stores. The apartment well set up for making your own meals. The subway station is a 5 min. walk. The public transportation system is excellent, we used the subway and trains often. Dino and Emilia were very accommodating, pleasant and took care of our needs like driving us to the sites and taking us to the grocery. The apartment is well furnished and close to a subway station. There is a great pizzeria and a small Conad grocery store nearby.

When we arrived Dino was at the corner waiting for us. He showed us in, explained everything and was on his way. The apartment is in an older building, has high ceilings, well equipped, and is quiet at night. We want places that are not in the tourist district, and that is what we got. It has a couple of grocery stores 1 street north and within a 5 minute walk, plenty restaurants, close to the water front and we always felt safe. You can't go wrong staying here.

This apartment exceeded out expectations. The kitchen and utensils were well furnished, making it easy to prepare a simple dinner. The large bedroom was nice and airy. The bathroom was sufficient. The apartment was clean when we arrived. The brother of the owner met us and was very cordial and helpful. Every communication with the owner was clear and with a fast response.

We recently stayed at the apartment in Mergellina and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was nice, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. The location is convenient to walks along the waterfront as well as to shops and restaurants. If you are driving, just bear in mind that the routes from the apartment to the A3 and the Tangenziale can be quite traffic-filled and add significantly to your trips.

Location of appartment was great, the appartment was safe quiet and clean, but the host could have supplied just a few more of the day to day needs for a traveler. This was our second rental in Italy and there was no salt, pepper, coffee, sugar or cooing oil that was found in our first rental. People traveling should not have to buy these things in each place they were all available in our Rome appartment but not even toiletries were found in Naples.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the beautiful 'Appartmento Bianca' which is located in a great building (with elevator) in the upscale Mergellina area. It is most comfortable and has all amenities including air conditionaing & wifi and it is exactly like the photographs on this web site. Many shops, cafes & markets are close by, where any food items can be purchased On arrival we were met at the station, as pre-arranged by Dino-Mario's brother, who also drove us to the airport for our departure. This was an excellent service offered by Mario. We also took advantage of having Dino's wife as our driver, for a day trip to Pompei. The Pizzas in Naples are the best and our favourite place was definitley the Pizzeria accross the road. The apartment is close to the Marina and the seafront where we spent many evenings walking the 'esplanade' and enjoying the occasional gelato. We found a cheap way of seeing the City by way of Bus #140 where for E1.30, you have 90 minutes of travel on any public transit, including the Funiculares. From the bus stop accross the road, it basically covers the same route as the Hop-On Hop-Off buses which cost E22.00+ We can fully recommend 'Appartmento Bianca'. You will not be disappointed when you choose this apartment as your Naples base.

My wife and I are from Vancouver, Canada and visited Naples from 1 March 2014 to 9 March 2014 and enjoyed staying in this comfortable apartment in Mergellina, which is close to the Metro and buses and only 4 stops on the Metro from Garibaldi Central train station in Naples. The apartment is secure, spacious, well equipped and clean and close to restaurants, supermarkets and the promenade, which takes you to the ferry port. It was an ideal base for daily trips to Naples, Pompeii, Capri, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast and a daily transit pass for Eur3.70 can get you to all these places (except Capri which is on the ferry). We arrived from Rome by train (1 hour on the high speed train) and upon arrival at Naples Central station, walked to the Metro Linea 2 station within the same building and were at Mergellina station within 15 minutes. The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk from the Metro. We found Mario and Dino to be very helpful and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Naples. Ian N

My partner and I are from Melbourne, Australia. This is the third time we have stayed in Napoli and this apartment was the best value for money we have rented. The apartment itself was scrupulously clean, including the linen. It is charmingly furnished. There is plenty of drawer and hanging space in the bedroom. The apartment is very secure. Unfortunately we did not meet Mario, this owner, though he and I exchanged several emails before we left Australia. However Mario's brother, Dino, and his wife , Emilia, met us upon our arrival. They, similarly, were extremely pleasant and helpful. We would recommend this apartment, without reservation. We had stayed in Mergellina before and think it is a very good part of Naples in which to stay, only 4 stops on the Metro from Napoli Centrale. We tend to walk everywhere and found many places to buy food, either to take home to cook, or to sit and have a meal. We had dinner one evening at Salvatore alla Riviera, (address Via Riviera di Chiala, 91) which is an easy walk from this apartment. We first ate here in 2008. Just a small, local restaurant, not tourist-y, with excellent food and not expensive. We visited the Museo Archeologico Nationale (Archeological Museum) . This contains many relics from Pompei and Herculaneum and also the Farnese collection of sculptures. Also visited Herculaneum. This time we did not go to Pompei. But Pompei somehow seems still to retain the feel of how life must have been in this Roman town. Napoli is probably my favourite Italian city. It is a city of such contrasts: vibrant, busy, noisy - mostly the traffic noise. And such traffic: fascinating to watch. Cars, motor bikes ( ridden by both men and women, mostly young), sometimes buses, all proceeding, at speed...mostly all at once, and mostly ignoring traffic lights and arrows. Pedestrians walk out into this. One early evening we stood and watched this for 10 minutes. Nobody was killed, no collisions. Many times we had to ask directions. Without exception, everybody was so helpful and went out of their way to try to help us. So, this apartment, and Napoli, leaves us with many delightful memories. Hemos descubierto con mucho placer este apartamento en una zona muy bonita de Napoles, cerca del mar, de las estaciones de metro Mergellina, de paradas de autobus. Cerca del malecon, de tiendas de alimentacion, restaurantes,un mercado abierto todos los dias con un pequeno restaurante casero tipico napolitano. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, es amplio (techos altisimos de casi 6 metros) muy limpio, de buen gusto y bien equipado. Ademas no se escucha ruido, a pesar de estar en una avenida pues las piezas dan a una pequena calle donde no hay casi circulacion. La zona es excelente y el propietario muy amable y dispuesto a dar todo tipo de informacion para que la estancia sea muy satisfactoria.
