Abundant breakfast with all kinds of different foods that would cater to all tastes and some tables have excellent views of the mountains. Our dog got its own pillow and bowl. Lovely fresh flowers waiting for us in the room
All animations were destined for very small children, my 9-year old found them all uninteresting. The gym is rather basic and there was nothing else to do for my kids (9 and 16) apart the place with the PlayStation, but this was always full. The swimming pool has just one slide and again some equipment for very small children and calling it “aqua park” is rather a stretch.

Service was slow in bar restaurant , had to wait an hour on one night.

lots of activities for kids and some of the stuff member were super helpful but not everyone.
waiting time for elevators are just insane , frustrated people all around those elevators. Probably would be so much more better if they add extra 4 more because it’s just makes me not going back again. Going A to B inside just takes way too long time.
