Unlike many properties that advertise ski-in/ski-out access but require walking, crossing roads, or carrying equipment to the slopes, Paradise on Prospect offers true trail-side access. During ski season, the snowcat grooms directly to the home (snow dependent and generally beginning around Christmas when Gold Link operations commence), allowing you to ski back to your private patio and hot tub at day's end. In summer, enjoy easy access to Crested Butte's renowned trail network, including 401, Gothic, Deer Creek, 10 Peaks, and countless other local favorites, with hiking and mountain biking beginning right outside your door.

• Only registered guests included on the reservation may stay at the property.
• Dogs are the only pets permitted, with a maximum of two dogs.
• Any changes to guest count or pets must be made through VRBO and may incur additional charges.
• For groups exceeding 12 guests (excluding children under 24 months) and for dogs, an additional fee of $50 per guest or dog, per night applies.
• The platform automatically charges for one dog. A second dog, if approved, will be billed separately.
• Service animals are accommodated in accordance with Colorado law and VRBO policies.
• Exterior security camera monitors the driveway only and does not record interior or private outdoor living areas.
