Located in Anna Maria Island, this charming house for $849 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to White Pearl. This brand new elevated custom home (2019) on Anna Maria Island located within AMI city limits on the north end of the island. With over 2,100 square feet under air, 800 square feet of balconies and 700 square feet of outdoor space around the pool, this expansive, yet comfortable home, is contemporary boosts a coastal modern decor. Located on one of the most enviable spots on Anna Maria Island, our exclusive home is on North Shore Drive - directly across from the beach which allows for beach views from the observatory balcony. This home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and a half bath, a beautiful custom kitchen, a great room, and 2 laundry rooms. Three of the 4 bedrooms have a king size bed and the last bedroom has 2 twin XL beds. Each bedroom has it's own TV and access to multiple balconies (3) on both the 1st/2nd levels of the home to take in spectacular views. Large gourmet kitchen, state-of-the art counter-tops, large island, extensive custom cabinetry, top of the line stainless steel appliances (Wolf, Sub Zero) including built in Wolf Steamer! . Our kitchen is well equipped with utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, hotel collection dishes, cups, flatware, cutlery, and bake ware. Dining area with chandelier seats 5 comfortably as well as large kitchen island that seats 3. Stunning wide plank tile floors throughout, exceptionally detailed wood vaulted bead board ceilings with beach vibes. This dream beach home offers a true indoor/outdoor lifestyle thanks to the multiple balcony spaces with a observatory with panoramic views that allow you to see the beautiful sunsets. Outside you can relax on the covered lanai with comfortable seating or enjoy the pool and heated spa. Also provided are pool toys and chairs for the beach, plus a wagon to hall it all. There is a nice gas grill on the first floor. There are many different types of palm trees on the property including the coconut palms that make the backyard feel more like an island oasis! Enjoy dining poolside or unwind in the spa and after dark under the palm trees in the private backyard. Don't forget to watch the night sky for stargazing while sitting on the roof observatory. FAB spiral stairs lead to a rooftop balcony with endless views. This home is across the street from the beach with beach access a short walk to the right (Sea Grape) or left (Cypress), only 5 minutes from the front door to the water's edge. Feel like shopping or grabbing a bite? Need some provisions? Pine Avenue with its wonderful boutiques and restaurants is only a short 8 minute walk to the south. Finally, if you want to fish, or a beautiful sunset dinner, the famed Rod and Reel Pier is right down the street. The house has everything necessary for a perfect beach vacation. Just bring your clothes, personal items and sunscreen. Free Wifi internet is provided. White Pearl has space for a total of 2 vehicles to park in the driveway (golf carts are considered registered vehicles in FL). The garage is not available for parking. This is a 3 story home that does not come with an elevator. If you have more than 8, the sister property next door is "Reel Lucky" (VRBO 1702786) which can accommodate 6 guests. If you exceed the occupancy rate you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, without warning. The city of Anna Maria has strict guidelines as it relates to the occupancy capacity and the rules will be enforced. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 28 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 28 years of age. There are 2 security cameras on property at the front door and the driveway. Please purchase travel insurance if you have any concerns about your ability to travel to the property, very similar to car insurance you should consider protecting your investment into your vacation.

This house was great. My wife is already planning our return.
1 - VERY clean.
2 - it is extremely well equipped. Kitchen has everything you may need, 2 coffee makers, etc. Outside, 8+ beach chairs, wagon, cooler, beach umbrellas beach towels. Two outdoor showers.
3 - TV with Roku in every room. Beautiful TV in living room - great for Saturday college football.
4 - Jay the owner is great. He called before and during the visit to make sure everything was going well and was available when we had questions.
5 - location. easy 4-5 minute walk from front door to beach.
6 - lots of good restaurants, several within walking distance.

Wonderful place to relax & enjoy a luxurious stay on the North End of the island. Contemporary and comfortable - all the bells & whistles - easy beach access. Kitchen is well supplied - had everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal. Jay’s a fantastic host - helpful & quick to respond. Highly recommend!

The house was as advertised and in a great location. The property owner was also easy to work with and attentive before and during the stay. Outdoor living / pool area was where we spent most of the time and it was the perfect place to hang out. Inside the house everything was top of the line with nothing more you could have asked for.

We really enjoyed our week at the white pearl. Everything about the house was great. So well appointed with tasteful decor and furnishings. Jay was very responsive and great to interact with. Comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen, eagles nest porch for watching sunset, terrific pool with sun and shade. We would definitely come back to this wonderful home in beautiful Anna Maria island.

We absolutely love the home and all its amenities. Our children especially love the pool and hot tub. The views from the home was spectacular from all angles. If we could, we would have bought the home so we would always have something beautiful to come to on out vacation. Thanks to the property manager who was there when we needed him for minor things. Greatly appreciate the quick responses and time he took to help us get situated.

My family and I just returned from a 1 week stay and I highly recommend this home on AMI. There were 6 of us , ranging in age from 18 months to 70 years old and the house was perfect for all our needs.
The common area is a blend of indoor and outdoor space - all beautifully designed with lots of seating and eating options. We loved the pool and spa area and especially appreciated that it provided some shade. The landscaping and numerous palm trees were so beautiful and created lots of privacy. All the bedrooms were beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and private baths. The kitchen was a chefs dream and had every possible thing we needed and some things I would not have thought of but was so glad were there I loved that everything was labelled! The location was also perfect and a short walk to beach and town
We couldn’t ask for a better host than Jay. He called several times before the trip and responded immediately to any question we had during our visit. It is easy to see that he takes great pride in this house and genuinely wants guests to enjoy staying there. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and this has been the best by far. We can’t wait to go back!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here! The house is spectacular! It has everything we could’ve wanted and more! Beautifully decorated and furnished, wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces, very comfortable bedrooms, and generously stocked kitchen supplies. Our family spent most of our days in and around the amazing large pool and hot tub! The landscaping around the pool is serene and offers great privacy. The partial shade was ideal for us and our children. We couldn’t get enough time out there, and fortunately the pool lights gave us extra time to extend our days after sunset! The location was also perfect for our family - easy walk to the beach and to town! We had the absolute best week here and hope to come back for future vacations!

This place is incredible! The house was so clean and beautiful. The pool area is amazing, all the decks are so perfect for different times of the day. The top observation deck provides stunning views of the sunset over the gulf and a partial view of the sunrise over the bay. The linens are so nice and didn’t have that normal hotel smell, they smelled fresh and clean! The house has everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. There was more than enough toilet paper and paper towels for our stay. Jay was very friendly and helpful! We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back! We didn’t want to leave!!

This is our third trip to AMI and the best so far. Perfect home and location. Only 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. The house has everything you need and even more. Very stylish as well. Jay responded very quickly to all of our requests and needs. Very pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied with our vacation! Thank you, Jay. We definitely will be back.
P.S. If you have a larger group of people, Jay has an option to accommodate all of you right next to each other. Check out the house right next to this one. It called “Reel lucky”.

Wonderful Week
We absolutely loved our stay at Jay’s home. The space is gorgeous, both inside and out. It was perfect for our group of 8 to spread out. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need and the appliances are all top notch. The outdoor areas were all great, from the pool/spa to the various decks and rooftop - we enjoyed them all! The location was perfect, too. A short walk to shops/restaurants, trolly stops and, of course, great beach access. Jay had chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and a cooler to use. He was a wonderful host - very communicative and attentive. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our group of friends and family enjoyed the comfortable, stylish and spacious house. Great views, easy walk to the beach and town, upscale spa and a choice of several decks made for a relaxing vacation. Jay is an excellent communicator who responded quickly when we had a minor issue.

Great place on North Side of AMI
House was great!! Well stocked with everything you could need. Views are incredible - especially the sunsets!! This location is very quiet and peaceful. Jay was very proactive in communicating everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay in this property again.
