Location was really good for going to the places we wanted to visit, such as American Village, Kadena AB, snorkeling with whale sharks and in the middle between the aquarium and the Peace Memorial Hall. A car was definitely needed, and parking was provided. A fridge was in the room, so we could keep our drinks and some snacks chilled. Appreciated that there was a washer & dryer in the room to be able to do a couple loads of laundry.
Our bed preference would be something a little less firm--we had inquired about getting a padded mattress cover, but they could not provide. Also inquired about getting a flat sheet, as the duvets get so warm and heavy (especially in summer), but again, not something they could provide. The pillows were like sleeping on a stack of cardboard...they definitely were not fluffy at all. Toilet area was a little tight, but understand space optimization. Due to high humidity, the fans had to be left on all the time to keep room from having too much moisture/condensation. Only 4 TV channels.

It's in a convenient location. The bathroom was huge and it had everything I needed. Even without front desk staff if you had a question or needed something the response time via messaging was fast.

It's very close to American Village, and the room is spacious
when we first entered, there was a musty smell
