Just an short walk to the metro subway station, guests can easily access all Washington, D.C. has to offer. If you drive, you can park your vehicle for free in the off-street parking spot. This city-living space is in a residential neighborhood in the heart of DC. Due to the location and nature of space, you may hear various noises including the DC Metro (subway), road noise, HVAC, and the upstairs residents (which is the host's family including two young children). We keep quiet hours upstairs between 10pm to 7:30am. Outside of those hours, you may hear footsteps, children, and kitchen noises coming from the house upstairs. In the Petworth neighborhood, there are many restaurants, bars, and boutique shops within a few blocks. The Guest Suite is only 1 mile (20 minute walk) from Children's National Medical Center, which makes it a great location for people visiting or working at the hospital.
