good facilities for the price

the place includes a kitchen and the rooms were very spacious.

the pool was on the other side of the road. and to be honest the place could be a bit more cleaner

Actually we booked the hotel through booking.com and the number i mentioned was incorrect that means the first 2 digits. But the mail I mentioned was correct. So they confirmed my booking. And once we reached the hotel they told us like we cannot give u the proper room since didn't pay an advance, so I told them without informing how can we pay it. Then he informed me about my number and then I told him, though my number is wrong atleast they would have drop us a mail so then we would have book another hotel. We were all the way from hambantota through matara. We were so tired on top and once we reached there and they told us room aren't available and do not believe the pictures they have uploaded on their page. Before booking it double the check the photos of the rooms.

really great rooms, very clean and a perfectly working AC. The rooms and especially the bathrooms were super clean and modern. the hosts were really polite and friendly and made sure that we had a great time.

I had a very pleasant stay

Great service, lovely stay

We were a little surprised that it was an apartment not a hotel, luckily the third room wasn’t rented so we had use of the whole apartment. Massive rooms, very clean and comfortable, the owners were so helpful,

Superb

The room was huge and very comfortable. The owner greeted us on arrival and made feel at home straight away.

The pool could have been great but was not at the property but over the road and the water was pretty dirty. The owner of the villa came out and brought us juice which was lovely but not quite as we had hoped.

Loved my stay!

I had a great stay at White House 101. Super relaxed atmosphere, the guys went out of their way to make everybody feel welcome and comfortable. They offered food and helped to get me beers, I got a goodbye present, and the value for money is great. I would definitely come back! Also: They have a generator! Great when there are powercuts nowadays.

The pool water needs a filter or chemicals.

nice specious room and super friendly stuff

Our room was super big and clean, the beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows and we loved staying there as it was also perfectly located for us and it was just a 15-20 min walk to the old town. The owner as well as the hotel manager were super friendly and helpful and we’d definitely come back.

everything was great! i love it, the owner is perfect always smile guy! Everytime was different menu, hot water and a/c! We were happy a lot and enjoyed that place to much! Around place good shops and place to eat! a lot of jungles outside, centr of city not far! Good internet as well!

Sweet people and great room

There was a very relaxed atmosphere. They took great care of us and gave us an upgrade to the family room. The rooms where clean and spacious. And you also have excess to the pool across the street. Sam was great to us and even offered to give us a lift when we left at 5 am. We had a blast!

Pool area was a bit dirty.

Nice city hotel

We stayed one night in this location. This is a nice city hotel. This location is not near the beach but that wasn't a problem for us. Rooms are a big, clean and arranged nicely, just like you see in pictures. Wash room is also big and clean. Have all room facilities including a mini fridge and a wardrobe. Staff is friendly and helpful. They also gave us a nice breakfast. Really value for money. I can recommend this place.
