The Space:

Wake up, grab your gear, and be on the mountain in minutes. This recently remodeled condo puts you steps from the lifts, surrounded by all the energy of the base area. Hop the free town shuttle for an easy trip into Crested Butte, or ease into the community hot tub after a day of chasing fresh tracks.



Tucked on the 3rd floor of the Emmons building—between the Elevation Hotel and The Lodge at Mountaineer Square, with restaurants and shops just outside your door—this condo unfolds across three private levels of its own.



Please note: there's no elevator in the building. Expect 3.5 flights of stairs from the parking lot to the unit, plus 2 more flights inside the condo up to the primary bedroom.



Main Level

The heart of the home: an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Sink into the sofa (which converts to a double bed) in front of the smart TV, or step out onto the deck with two Adirondack chairs for front-row views of Crested Butte Mountain. The galley kitchen is fully stocked for cooking up meals between runs.



Second Level

A cozy loft bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids or friends, plus a full ensuite bathroom with a separate vanity area for getting ready in comfort. An open-doorway wall gives just enough separation from the living space below.



Top Level

Your private primary suite awaits, featuring a plush king bed, a generous separate vanity area, and knockout views of Mt. Crested Butte right from your pillow.



Parking: There is parking for 1 vehicle in the Emmons parking lot.  Unfortunately we cannot accommodate trailers or RV's due to HOA covenants. A parking pass is located in the condo and must be displayed in the vehicle at all times. Hot tub is open seasonally and managed by condo association. Normal times of operation are the entire ski season and late June to Labor Day.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



The minimum age for renters is 25.  Children with their parent or guardian are always welcome.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.  



Unfortunately the town of Mt Crested Butte will no longer allow the fireplaces at the Emmons bldg to be used.



Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

The Emmons bldg is part of the base area of Mt Crested Butte ski area. You are within a couple minute walk to the slopes, retail, coffee shops and the transportation center where you can take a bus to the town of Crested Butte.



Getting Around:

A car is not needed.
