The 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home has great covered deck space on two levels maximizing the beach front views this home has to offer. A very comfortable property, this beach rental is laid out with the bedrooms on the first level and the open living area on the top floor. This allows for great gulf views from almost every room in the house. With a small number of homes located in the area, you will feel like you have your very own private beach. It’s a great place to search for seashells and ideal spot for children. Because it’s protected by the Cape San Blas peninsula, this creates a quiet shoreline and a perfect place for beginner swimmers or those who just want to dip their toes in the water.

The beach view was the best!The kids swam every day of our stay. The location is a perfect area to ride bikes. We loved our vaction at Flamigo Dunes.

We didn’t know what to expect as this was the first time we’ve ever booked a vacation like this! It was seamless, great communications, the house was perfect for our group and with it being right on the beach it was a great thrill for our 9 yr old granddaughter. We had a great week and can’t wait to do it again next year!

Great location-right on beach. Missing items normally found in properties like this. No paper towels, coffee filters, wine opener or hair blow dryer.
Thermostat malfunctioned on top floor.
