Wonderful stay. Clean, so much space, lots of towels and linens - amazing A/C. Just a perfect stay, right in the heart of Sulphur Springs. Highly recommend.

We are from a really urban/busy part of Dallas, but still weren't prepared for downtown life in little ol' Sulphur Springs. Lots of traffic, freight trains and no place to park. BUT the apartment was amazing. There is an elevator so you don't have to take the stairs and the entire home is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to not just cook/dine, but to cook/dine in style. The linens and décor are upscale. It was all very clean and felt rich. The check in process was a bit antiquated, requiring an actual key and to meet to access the apartment. But the owner was super responsive, kind and helpful.
