House nice, but several issues
House was nice and just as listed on line. Had issues with code on several occasions and was not fixed while we were there. Pool heat did not work and wad only fixed last two days. Security gate ..one female employee was very rude , all others were super at gate...made experience of stay unpleasant when interacting with her. She even told us that she would never stay in this neighborhood due to poor communication with owners/ property management..

Nice area. Had everything except a broom. Pool very cold, almost to cold to play in. Community pool very nice. House could have been cleaned a bit better, walls were dirty, bedding had some stains. Some of the plastic dishes had a greasy film on them. Knives were not very sharp and wish there would have been some storage containers for food to use while there. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

My boyfriend and I live in Tampa and wanted to have a weekend get away with a few friends for my birthday but we didn't want to travel far and we also wanted something we could enjoy without having to leave for entertainment!! This house was exactly it!! The pictures were exact the place was amazing!! I would say this one thing just for future tenants the gameroom is more of a 13/14yr olds dreams, it wasn't bad, we still had a blast but the pool table was smaller then we would have liked and so was the air hockey table but like I said it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves just thought other renters would like to know!! Neighbors were awesome, over flow parking was easy, it was overall a 5star experience we can't wait to go again!!!

Birthday staycation

Our experience was great! The house was comfy and very spacious. We didn't want to leave! The only downfall was that we did not have dishwasher pods as promised; we had to wash dishes.

Excellent Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. It was my birthday and Valentines weekend and the house was amazing! Very clean and spacious! The kitchen was spacious and provided plenty of space to prepare our meals! Check in was great and we were able get a late check-out, which was a big help! Thanks so much for all your help!

I looked at this house for a ten day family vacation. The house itself was nice. I liked the fact that all the rooms were upstairs with a bathroom in each one except for the bunk and double twin which shared a bathroom. There was a half bath downstairs which was cool. There was this annoying neighbor that continued to call the police on people renting but seems as if the cops only came to our door(6 times) during my stay. It was very annoying. I felt harassment. I personally connected it as a racial discrimination because other people who were actually loud, the cops were not called on them. The neighbor called the cops early during the days. Cops did say they didn’t NOT hear any noise except for normal conversations. Cops also said this neighbor has a history of calling the cops. We couldn’t really enjoy ourselves without the fear of the cops coming to the door. Would I rent there again? Only if the house could be lifted and and moved somewhere else which is not possible. So no I wouldn’t return. There also should an additional garbage pick up day depending on how long the stay is. We were there 10 days with one garbage pick up day. So yes garbage was left in the house which was an additional charge. I did contact the owner prior to checking out no response but did get an additional bill for damages. I just need to really do more research for next time.
