The house is in a residential area, there is silence. From the window of the room you can see a beautiful panorama

We only found two face towels. The property has no dishes and it was not very clean: stains on the sofas and dirty and sticky furniture. The appliances had food remnants and had not been cleaned. The dishwasher smelled like cigarettes and the oven and fridge were dirty.

The property is close to a place where you can swim in the lake. It is not in the very busy part of Annecy, which we liked.
