Enjoy your holiday at this 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath duplex that sleeps 7 in the very conveniently located Wilderness area of Silverthorne CO. Sit on the deck or relax in the Grand Room and enjoy views of Lake Dillon and the Arapaho Mountain Range. The Summit Stage bus stop is only 2.5 blocks away servicing the City of Silverthorne as well as Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckinridge, and Copper Mountain ski areas. Fantastic network of mountain bike and hiking trails including the famous Lilly Pad trail are also less than five-minute walk from the front door. Nearby Lake Dillon is encircled by a paved hike/bike path for a scenic relatively flat hike or bike ride. Shopping and dining are close by in Silverthorne and Dillon with Silverthorne boasting fantastic breakfasts at 'Mountain Lion Cafe' and lovely dining by the Blue River at 'Sauce on the Blue' to name a few. Duplex equipped with a large two car garage. Ground floor entry through a large mud room with plenty of storage for boots, coats, and gear. The main floor features the Grand Room with floor to ceiling windows, fireplace, flat screen TV, dining area and a fully appointed kitchen. Laundry facilities feature washer/dryer, drying rack, and vacuum. Master bedroom features king size bed with Wamsutta bedding, walk in closest, bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi bathtub, and large television. Our family had a very stay in this duplex in Silverthorne. On a quiet street above the town, we enjoyed a comfortable week long visit. With no A/C, we did have to open all the windows and get the fans going, cooling it down nicely.

Joe, was a pleasure to work with very accommodating and helpful. The house was beautiful and very well stocked had everything you needed and more. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were big. Everyone had their own bath which was very convenient. The deck was really nice to sit out on and watch the sunrise and sunsets. We are already planning another trip back. Absolutely loved it. 10 out of 10 recommended.

This property is spacious, updated, and well-maintained. It had plenty of space for our teenagers to spread out and a great kitchen for enjoying dinners in. The views are amazing, and the location is great for skiing, shopping, or anything else the area has to offer. Joe was very responsive and great to work with! We are looking forward to staying here again!

We rented based on the pictures - and it lived up to our expectations.
Views, square footage, kitchen appliances, internet access, TVs and silverware etc were outstanding.
The only "issue" - bed comforter had dog hair.
Definitely recommend it to others.

Our stay was just as expected, the location of the condo was perfrct, the views were unbeateable. The cleanliness and accomodations were wonderful. Check in was extremely smooth as well. This will drfinately be our first choice when visiting vail again! Thank you

we cruise the USA with out Red White and Blue muscle cars and explore different areas, This was a great location near Mount Evans, Pikes peak, and Rocky Mountain national park. We had a great time and the house was fantastic! Only small, Very small concern was it was warm and the house did not have A/C but the locals said it was unusually warm during our stay and we would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed access to the four neighboring ski resorts, yet being so close to Silverthorne for shopping. We weathered the snowstorm happily in this well-appointed townhouse. We wish the remote access to the garage had worked, as using the single key to enter in the heavy snow was inconvenient.

I would buy this place if I could!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Joe’s Silverthorne duplex. It is the perfect ski house for a group of friends or family, especially if you need space to work remotely. Joe was incredibly responsive and accommodating during our stay - even promptly purchasing a new microwave for us when the one in the house didn’t work. The gym/workout room is great too, especially during times of covid. I can’t rave enough about our stay, and I look forward to rebooking this place for many winters to come.

This property was exactly as advertised! We stayed for the week after Christmas and enjoyed our stay. Joe was very helpful and responsive and the checkin and checkout process was easy. It is very easy to get to the property and having the well insulated garage was very useful.
The kitchen is well stocked (coffee grinder, lots of knives and cutting boards). The open space is perfect for a socializing and hanging out with your friends.
The only issue that we had was with the internet when we arrived. It was unusable at its speed, after a restart of both routers (CenturyLink and Comcast) then it improved dramatically. Joe was very helpful and responsive in resolving this.
I would definitely recommend this house for people looking to stay in Summit county.
