Très lumineux Petite vue mer Piscine très propre et très chaude Quelques éléments de cuisine ( frigo micro ondes tasses) Bien placé ds Puerto Morelos côté plage et à 23 min de l'aéroport de Cancun et ça c'est top pour notre dernier jour Les plages ici sont gratuites et visibles.

Un peu de bruits des musiques des bars environnants. Pas de noir complet car rideaux non opaques Paiement en liquide mais correspond à un peu plus que le prix Booking 1500 pesos pour une chambre plus petite .

Location was good and the pool area looked nice although I wasn’t there long enough to make use of it.

I spent the first and last night of my trip at Casa Paraiso and on both occasions there were issues accessing the property due to their being no staff onsite. On the first occasion I was lucky that another guest let me in and got in touch with the owners for me. My flight was delayed but I had emailed them and didn’t get a reply. I think they need to make sure someone is available or better still onsite. It was also quite noisy late at night due to bars and beach party.

L'emplacement et la literie étaient biens Le logement est bien situé par rapport au centre ville Quelques équipements si on veut cuisiner Contrairement à d'autres avis nous avons eu de l'eau chaude et bonne connexion wifi

Malheureusement l'appart était humide en arrivant et la pluie de la nuit a un peu envahi la chambre via la porte de la terrasse ce qui n'a pas aidé Les rideaux n'étaient pas opaques, et les alentours assez bruyants la nuit, un peu d'équipements rouillés dans la salle de bain Pour une nuit ça fait le travail On a également payé un peu plus cher que le prix booking

Bonne situation, équipement pour préparer petit déjeuner et quelques repas.

Close to town, beach, bars and grocery store are all a minute walk away. Clean pool. Staff cleaned outside community areas everyday. Other tenants were very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay here for 5 weeks. I loved the pool and the tropical landscaping around the pool & premises was very nice. Great location just a block away from the Chedraui food market.

I loved staying here & booking next year my same ground floor accommodation.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk from the main square and a stone's throw from the supermarket. The room itself was quite large with a frig, hot plate, and cooking utensils, etc. They tell me they are renovating it to include a larger kitchen with sink, etc. which will make it that much better and very comfortable for a longer stay. My room had a lovely patio with outdoor furniture which was great. The pool and lounge area was amazing and lots of plug in's available for phone charging etc. The pool itself was very well maintained and lovely and clean. I swam several times a day and loved every minute. I highly recommend the property and would absolutely book there again if I travel to Puerto Morelos again.

There was some confusion as to who owned which units in the property. I was met immediately upon my arrival and received anything I asked for and was given the room I expected. However I heard other guests did not and there was a problem of overbooking. When booking and prior to your arrival I would contact the property for confirmation.
