Other things to note FULL DISCLOSURE Please note the apartment is a basement and even though we've built it to mitigate as much noise as possible, footfall transfer & some sound can be heard from above. We do our best minimize this, but naturally in an apartment setting, some noise will be heard. In addition to our double-sided fireplace (available mid-October through May), our home is air-conditioned for comfort. Typically in a home with two levels the lower level can be a little cooler than the above. You’ll have a temperature gauge but thermostat controls live upstairs. If you have any concerns we are a quick text or visit away. The apartment is fitted with plenty of brand new linens, blankets, and is cozy and comfortable. Feel free to open the windows for fresh air but close them when you leave. We have a video camera doorbell & cameras outside of the home for security. There are no cameras inside the home, these are for outside security purposes only.
