The location is not that great due to lack of parking and parking hassles. The condo is old and worn, dirty fans, dirty dishes, and cabinets, water temperature issues in both bath rooms, water stains, rusted cabinets, and something gross smeared on light switch in one bathroom, there's potentially mold in the loft near sky light, The wireless is old, outdated and insecure, not recommended to connect to or use due to security issues. The walls and floor in the complex are paper thin, you hear every conversation, every footstep, every bodily function of your neighbors. If you attempt to contact management to resolve any issues, they will not respond. Expect hassles and potential additional costs if planning to stay at this property or any VACASA property.

Cons. Hot tub and laundry was pretty far away. Further then we would have liked. We drove to avoid freezing after. Was kind of sketchy that the door knob didn’t work so if door not deadbolt wouldn’t shut. Internet was pretty slow for Tv. What seemed to be master bathroom shower supper tiny. Pros. They had the kitchen well stocked for cooking including seasonings and such.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at your property! The condo was very clean, well-kept with all conveniences and then some! We had our 3 year old and 8 year old with us and they loved playing with the games and they were very excited to find the books stowed away in the closet to read at bedtime. The condo is close to everything that Summit County has to offer but away from the hustle and bustle which is what we love. And the views from the property are breath taking! We will definitely be back!!

Is on top floor (3 flights?) - so you'll be getting some exercise. But its worth it for nobody walking above your head and the extra loft space. Well appointed, clean new carpet. Lots of space.
